DAMAGE TO PROPERTY — 13XX Northland Drive 06/30/21, 1658 HOURS
Officer was called to the 1300 block of Northland Drive on a report of slashed tires on a vehicle. Officer was
made aware of a dislike between two parties as well as a possible motive and suspect. No evidence was
able to be provided to support the claims. The report is for information only.
FRAUD — 10XX Dakota Drive 07/01/21, 0838 HOURS
Officer received a fraud report on the 1000 block of Dakota Drive. Officer spoke with an adult male who
stated funds that were supposed to be transferred from bank to bank were intercepted and are not
accounted for. This incident is currently under investigation.
THEFT — 9XX Sibley Memorial Hwy 07/01/21, 1128 HOURS
Officer received a report of a scam that occurred on the 900 block of Sibley Memorial Highway. Officer
spoke with the adult female victim who stated she lost money to a phone scam. She was able to get some
of her money back. There are no suspects at this time. This incident is under investigation.
DRIVING COMPLAINT — Sibley Memorial Hwy 07/02/21, 1230 HOURS
Officer called in reference to a reporting party following a vehicle that was being driven without consent.
Officer found the vehicle and it stopped after driving down a dead-end road. Officer took the driver into
custody. The driver was a minor and arrangements were made to have the legal guardian take the driver in
for one night and then transport him to the airport in the morning where he would be flown to Tennesse to
live with his parents.
THEFT — Sibley Memorial Hwy 07/03/21, 1014 HOURS
Officer called in reference to a utilities company who had equipment stolen from one of their work sites.
Information was collected and a report was generated. There is no suspect information available at this
time.
DISTURBANCE — 10XX Sibley Memorial Hwy 07/03/21, 0734 HOURS
Officers were dispatched to the 1000 block of Sibley Memorial Highway for an intoxicated female. The
female was causing a disturbance and swearing at other people. Officers made contact with the intoxicated
adult female. The intoxicated adult female refused to identify herself multiple times. The intoxicated adult
female was arrested for obstruction. Report made.

FLEEING — 35E N 07/04/21, 1005 HOURS
Officer attempted to pull over a vehicle that recently fled from a state trooper on north I -35E at Highway
62. The suspect vehicle immediately refused to pull over, accelerated at a high rate of speed and made a
series of dangerous driving maneuvers around the motoring public. Officer terminated enforcement action
as the crime did not outweigh the risks associated with initiating pursuit.
AOA — 494 07/05/21, 0125 HOURS
Officers responded to 494 and 35E to assist Eagan police who were in pursuit of a stolen vehicle. The vehi-
cle eventually crashed near the airport and officers assisted with the arrest.
FRAUD — 6XX Hampshire Drive 07/05/21, 1159 HOURS
Officer was dispatched to a fraud report at the 600 block of Hampshire Dr. The reporting party stated their
credit card was used to purchase items online. Officer gathered information and wrote a report. Officer
found the package will be delivered to an address in Mendota Heights.
THEFT — 7XX Linden Street 07/06/21, 0822 HOURS
Officer took a stolen trailer report from the 700 block of Linden Street. Over the weekend a construction
trailer was taken. The trailer was entered into NCIS. No suspects known. No cameras in the area, no wit-
nesses. Case inactive.
THEFT FROM MOTOR VEHICLE — 7XX 1st Avenue 07/07/21, 1640 HOURS
Officer made a phone call to a woman who had her vehicle broken into near the 700 block of 1st Avenue.
Sunglasses and mail were taken and there was damage done to the glove box. There is no suspect
information. Case Inactive.
BURGLARY — 10XX Sibley Memorial Hwy 07/07/21, 1700 HOURS
Responded to a report of a vehicle theft and two thefts from motor vehicle that happened overnight in the
1000 block of Sibley Memorial Highway. Case is under investigation.

3rd DEGREE DWI — 62 E 07/08/21, 0030 HOURS
Officer observed a speed violation on Highway 62 near Dodd Road and initiated a traffic stop on I -494 at
Concord Street. Officer observed signs of impairment and conducted a field sobriety test. Officer
determined the driver was impaired by a controlled substance(s) and was placed under arrest. Driver was
booked and released from the Dakota County Jail. Formal charges are pending until toxicology results are
received. The vehicle was impounded to Marks Towing.
THEFT — 25XX Northland Drive 07/08/21, 1125 HOURS
Responded to a report of a theft of automobile parts from the 2500 block of Northland Drive that
happened within the past two weeks. No suspects or evidence. Case is inactive. Report filed.
THEFT — 10XX Sibley Memorial Hwy 07/08/21, 0827 HOURS
Officer called to the 1000 block of Sibley Memorial Highway in reference to damage that had been done to
an apartment building and a theft that took place. Credit cards were stolen and used at several stores. Se-
curity footage was requested. This case is under investigation.
THEFT — 6XX Sutcliff Circle 07/08/21, 1230 HOURS
Officer received a report of a theft from a motor vehicle on the 600 block of Sutcliff Circle. Officer spoke
with the adult female victim who stated a cell phone and wallet were taken out of her vehicle. The
suspect(s) used a card in the wallet to purchase items at a store. This incident is under investigation.
3rd DEG DWI – 62 E 07/08/21, 2152 HOURS
Officer conducted a traffic stop on a commercial vehicle seen swerving and driving on the shoulder of
Highway 62 near Dodd Road. Upon speaking with the driver, the officer observed signs of impairment and
conducted a field sobriety test where it was determined the driver was impaired. The driver was placed
under arrest and transported to the Dakota County Jail for DWI where he was booked and released. The
commercial vehicle was impounded to Marks Towing.
