LOST PROPERTY — 2XXX STOCKBRIDGE RD 05/28/21, 1336 HOURS
Officer was flagged down by a male party living near the 2000 block of Stockbridge Road. The male
reported he had either lost his wallet or it had been stolen. He wanted to ensure that it was reported;
informaƟon gathered and report made.
VANDALISM—1XXX MAYFIELD HTS LN 05/28/21, 1511 HOURS
Officer took a damage to property report from the 1000 block of Mayfield Heights Lane. ReporƟng party
showed a window was broken out with a rock. No entry was made into the home, no suspects known.
Report made.
BURGLARY — 1XXX 2 ST 05/29/21, 1918 HOURS
Officers responded to reports of a past acƟon burglary on the 1000 block of 2nd St in Mendota. Upon
arrival it was determined that the suspect was known to the vicƟm and captured on video burglarizing and
leaving with stolen items. A KOPS alert was issued on him and the vehicle and the stolen items were
entered as stolen.
DWI — HWY 62/LEXINGTON AVE 05/30/21, 0219 HOURS
Driver observed vehicle weaving all over the roadway. Once the traffic stop was conducted, the officer
observed signs of impairment. An invesƟgaƟon resulted, the driver was ulƟmately arrested for Gross Mis-
demeanor DWI and he was transported to the Dakota County Jail. Case Status is pending formal complaint.
DOMESTIC ASSAULT — 1XXX NORTHLAND DR 05/20/21, 1521 HOURS
Officers responded to the 1000 block of Northland Drive for a domesƟc assault call. Suspect was arrested
for felony domesƟc assault, stalking, and strangulaƟon and booked into the Dakota County Jail. Charges will
be forwarded to the county aƩorney for charging. Case status clear with adult arrest.
SHOPLIFTING— 7XX HWY 62 05/30/21, 1643 HOURS
Officer took a theŌ report from the 700 block of Highway 62. Several electric toothbrushes were stolen.
Case status is pending further invesƟgaƟon.
ANIMAL BITE — ACACIA BLVD/PILOT KNOB RD 05/31/21, 1105 HOURS
Officer took an aŌer the fact animal bite report from Acacia and Pilot Knob Rd. ReporƟng party called about
a minor injury that was caused by someone else's dog. The name of the other owner was found on social
media. Officer contacted the other owner, and vaccines were up to date. ReporƟng party advised, report
wriƩen.

TS/POSSESS MJ — DODD RD/WENTWORTH AVE 05/31/21, 2305 HOURS
Officer was traveling northbound Dodd Road/Wentworth Avenue on rouƟne patrol. Officer observed a
vehicle traveling in front of them displaying expired registraƟon and having the odor of marijuana coming
from it. Officer stopped the vehicle and developed probable cause to search the vehicle. Officer found a
small amount of marijuana. The occupant who claimed the marijuana was cited.
THEFT FROM MV — 1XXX SIBLEY MEMORIAL HWY 06/01/21, 1700 HOURS
Received a report of auto parts being stolen from a car parked in the 1000 block of Sibley Memorial
Highway. No suspects or evidence. Case is inacƟve.
THEFT—9XX CHIPPEWA AVE 06/01/21, 1546 HOURS
A resident called to seek help with a possible civil issue. Officer believed it to be a possible theŌ and began
an invesƟgaƟon. Upon learning all details, officer deemed it indeed a civil issue. Case Status - Report only.
THEFT FROM BUSINESS— 1XXX CENTRE POINTE CIR 06/01/21, 1700 HOURS
Responded to a report of a theŌ in the 1000 block of Centre Pointe Circle. The theŌ happened over the
weekend. No suspects or evidence. Case is inacƟve.
TS/FELONY DRUGS— 1XXX NORTHLAND DR 06/02/21, 0245 HOURS
Officer was parked and monitoring traffic on the 1000 block of Northland Drive. Officer observed a vehicle
commit a traffic violaƟon and stopped the vehicle driven by an adult male. During the stop, the officer
located a small amount methamphetamine in plain view. Officer searched the vehicle and nothing else was
located. The driver also had paraphernalia on their person. The driver was informed they would receive
court paperwork in the mail. Case status—pending formal complaint.
