DAC/IPS — 13XX NORTHLAND DR 05/21/21, 0433 HOURS
Officer observed a suspicious vehicle in the parking lot. Upon investigation, it was discovered the driver of
the vehicle was cancelled IPS. Driver was released on scene and will be formally charged.
AOA/DWI — HWY 55 05/21/21, 2124 HOURS
Officer received a report of a driving complaint on EB Highway 62 and Lexington Avenue of a white SUV
failing to maintain lane. The vehicle was later reported to be traveling EB Highway 55 and Lexington
Avenue in Eagan. The vehicle was then reported to be traveling the wrong way on EB Highway 55 and
Lexington Avenue in Eagan. The officer later located the vehicle in a parking lot on the 2700 block of
Highway 55. Eagan police arrived and took over the complaint.
THEFT — 16XX LILYDALE RD 05/22/21, 1717 HOURS
Officer dispatched to a theft of a bicycle at the 1600 block of Lilydale Rd. The reporting party stated that
she placed her bicycle in the woods and then sat by the dock for several hours. She said that once she
returned her bicycle was gone. No suspects.
MISSING PERSON — 13XX NORTHLAND DR 05/22/21, 2351 HOURS
Officers received a report of an adult male who had not been seen or heard from in 36 hours on the 1300
block of Northland Drive. Upon officers arrival, they spoke with the male’s family and friends, who were
concerned for his well-being. Officers went to the last known location of the male but were unable to find
him. A missing persons report was filed.
THEFT FROM MOTOR VEHICLE — 21XX HWY 13 05/23/21, 1634 HOURS
Officer dispatched to a theft from motor vehicle call at the 2100 block of Hwy 13. The reporting party
stated that his vehicle was gone through and that items were stolen. He stated that he was parked next to
a security camera and believed that the theft may have been captured on camera. Officer gathered
information and wrote report. Officer will make contact with management and attempt to get security
footage.
THEFT — 7XX N. PLAZA DR 05/23/21, 1651 HOURS
Officers responded to a local business for two male suspects stealing merchandise. The suspects fled in an
awaiting vehicle.
ROBBERY — 1XXX SIBLEY MEMORIAL HWY 05/25/21, 1751 HOURS
Officer dispatched to a robbery in progress at the 1000 block of Sibley Memorial Hwy. The reporting party
stated that a male grabbed a female’s purse and ran away. She advised that the female's hand was
bleeding. Officer responded to scene, checked on the female’s welfare, and gathered information. Another
officer checked the area for the male suspect. Officers pinged the female’s cell phone. Female was
transported by a friend to a hospital for her hand injury. Under investigation.

UNEMPLOYMENT FRAUD — 19XX OAK ST 05/26/21, 1050 HOURS
Officer was called by a woman living near the 1900 block of Oak Street in reference to her identity being
used to apply for unemployment benefits. The identity theft was noticed and stopped by the
unemployment office.
THEFT — 23XX LEXINGTON AVE 05/26/21, 1228 HOURS
Officer was called by a party who lived near the 2300 block of Lexington Avenue in reference to a theft that
had taken place sometime over the last several days. The catalytic convertor was stolen off of his vehicle.
There were no operational cameras near the area that the theft had taken place.
COUNTERFEITING — 7XX N. PLAZA DR 05/26/21, 1901 HOURS
Reporting party stated that a male came into the store and attempted to pay with a counterfeit bill. Staff
was able to retrieve one of the bills and the transaction was on camera. Under investigation.
TRAFFIC STOP/WARRANT ARREST — 35E/HWY 62 05/26/21, 2304 HOURS
Officer stopped vehicle for expired tabs at 35E/Highway 62. Driver had a warrant and was arrested for the
warrant and transported to Dakota County Jail.
SOCIAL HOST ORDINANCE — 9XX STRATFORD RD 05/26/21, 2322 HOURS
Officers were dispatched to a loud party complaint. Officers arrived on scene to find a large party with
underage drinking. An adult homeowner was on scene and will be charged with contributing to the
delinquency of a minor and violating the Mendota Heights Social Host Ordinance. Several juveniles received
underage consumption citations.
SUSPICIOUS CIRCUMSTANCES — 5XX MARIE AVE 05/27/21, 0116 HOURS
Officer was dispatched to a location on a report of a male inside the reporting party’s home. No items
were stolen. The male never said anything to the reporting party. The reporting party followed the male
out of the home. No forced entry was made. Both garage service doors were unlocked. Male was gone on
arrival. Officers advised reporting party to lock the doors.
AOA — HWY 13/35E 05/27/21, 2216 HOURS
Officers responded to the area to assist State Patrol with locating a possible impaired driver who was seen
leaving the area on foot after a crash. Officers located the female, who was obviously intoxicated and she
was placed under arrest. Custody was transferred to State Patrol.
