UNEMPLOYMENT FRAUD — CITY-WIDE 04/09/21 - 4/15/21
Several residents reported receiving information that they requested unemployment assistance when in
fact, they did not. No one had any loss and it was also reported to the Minnesota Unemployment office.
DOMESTIC/CSC — 13XX NORTHLAND DR 04/09/21, 1610 HOURS
Resident on the 1300 block of Northland Dr reported a DANCO violation. The victim spoke to officers over
the phone and told them the restricted party had been staying in her room. Officers were able to confirm
this violation occurred. Later interviews determined Domestic Assault and 1st Degree CSC occurred. Case
sent for charging.
WARRANT ARREST — 35E/HWY 13 04/10/21, 0258 HOURS
Officer conducted a traffic stop for a speed violation on north I-35E at Highway 13. Driver was discovered to
have a warrant from Nicollet County and was currently revoked. Driver was arrested without incident and
booked into the Dakota County Jail and issued a citation for driving after revocation.
DAMAGE TO PROPERTY — 11XX CENTRE POINTE DR 04/10/21, 1516 HOURS
Officer dispatched to a damage to property call at the 1100 block of Centre Pointe Dr. The reporting party
stated that a window in the back of the business had been broken overnight. Officer gathered information
and took photos of the damage.
DAMAGE TO PROPERTY — 1XXX MAYFIELD HEIGHTS LN 04/12/21, 1217 HOURS
Homeowner on Mayfield Heights Lane reported damage to their property. Unknown person or persons
walked on the homeowner’s roof and shattered two windows. No suspects.
MAIL THEFT — 5XX STONE RD 04/12/21, 1553 HOURS
Officer dispatched to a theft report at the 500 block of Stone Rd. The reporting party stated that a package
had been delivered to her residence and upon return the package was gone. No suspects.
DOMESTIC ASSAULT — 13XX NORTHLAND DR 04/13/21, 1618 HOURS
Officer dispatched to a civil assist at the 1300 block of Northland Dr. Officers arrived on scene and spoke to
the reporting party who advised that she had been involved in a domestic assault. The reporting party
stated that her boyfriend had struck her several times and that she wanted to get her belongings and leave.
Officers went to the male's room and attempted to get the male out of the room without incident; the
male eventually came out of the room without incident as soon as his brother arrived. Officers arrested the
male and transported him to the Dakota County Jail. Officer gathered information from the victim. Officer
provided the victim with assistance. The victim was transported to hospital.

THEFT — 8XX MARIE AVE 04/14/21, 2310 HOURS
Officer responded to a report of a theft of a catalytic converter on the 800 block of Marie Avenue. No
suspects.
ANIMAL — 7XX WILLOW LN 04/15/21, 0727 HOURS
Officer was called by a male living on the 700 block of Willow Lane in reference to his dog being attacked by
the neighbor’s dog. After further investigation, officers labeled the dog as Potentially Dangerous.
