DOMESTIC ASSAULT — 24XX PILOT KNOB RD 03/26/21, 0920 HOURS
Responded to the 2400 block of Pilot Knob Road on a report of a domestic assault. Suspect and victim were
gone upon our arrival. Subsequent investigation performed to locate the victim and ensure they were safe.
Assault charges against the suspect will be filed.
BURGLARY — 18XX EAGLE RIDGE DR 03/26/21, 1124 HOURS
Officer was called by a man living near the 1800 block of Eagle Ridge Drive in reference to the underground
apartment garage being burglarized and two bikes being stolen. Under investigation.
DWI — 24XX BRIDGEVIEW CT 03/27/21, 0051 HOURS
Officer stopped out with driver who pulled over on their own and started speaking with the officer on the
2400 block of Bridgeview Court. Officer believed the driver was impaired and conducted a field sobriety
test. Driver was arrested for probable cause DWI. The driver was booked into the Dakota County Jail. The
vehicle was towed.
DISTURBANCE — 13XX NORTHLAND DR 03/27/21, 1614 HOURS
Officers responded to a local hotel for a disturbance. The incident was handled and staff asked the patrons
to leave. Officers were called back to the hotel, because the patrons mentioned they weren't going to
leave. Officers advised the patrons it was in their best interest if they left. Patrons left without incident.
DAMAGE TO PROPERTY — 9XX WINSTON CI 03/28/21, 1215 HOURS
Homeowner on Winston Circle reported that an unknown vehicle knocked over and damaged her mailbox.
In addition to the damaged mailbox, there were tire tracks left in the grass, causing minor damage. There
are no known suspects.
FLEEING — 494/HWY 5 03/31/21, 0023 HOURS
While an officer was concluding a traffic stop on WB I-494/Pilot Knob Road, the officer observed a vehicle
traveling the same direction without taillights on. Officer initiated a traffic stop on that vehicle and it pulled
over. As the officer was walking up to the vehicle, the vehicle quickly accelerated and left the scene of the
stop. Officer followed the vehicle for a short distance before terminating due to the speeds of the vehicle
and for safety reasons.
MENTAL HEALTH — 23XX KRESSIN AVE 03/31/21, 1427 HOURS
Officers were called to the 2300 block of Kressin Avenue to assist the staff at a local group home in getting
one of their residents to the hospital for a mental health evaluation. Officers were able to convince the
woman to get into the ambulance and a 72 hour hold form was completed.

ASSIST OTHER AGENCY — HWY 62/DODD RD 03/24/21, 1510 HOURS
Officers responded to assist West Saint Paul police with a vehicle that was involved in a theft from a store
in their city and then fled from them. Officers at Hwy 62 and Dodd Rd saw the vehicle and it fled again from
them. Officers followed the vehicle into Saint Paul at normal speeds and advised SPPD they were entering
their city.
MENTAL HEALTH — 2XXX VICTORIA ROAD 03/31/21, 1716 HOURS
Officers responded to the 2000 block of Victoria Road for a mental health related call. Client voluntarily
transported to the hospital due to suicidal thoughts. Officer contacted Dakota County Crisis to document
incident.
BLACKMAIL — 8XX MENDAKOTA CT 03/31/21, 1934 HOURS
Officer dispatched to a blackmail call at the 800 block of Mendakota Ct. The reporting party stated that he
sent explicit photos to someone online and the person he sent them to are now threating to expose him;
he stated that the person is asking for gift cards. Under investigation.
DOMESTIC ASSAULT — HINGHAM CI 03/31/21, 2205 HOURS
Officers were dispatched to Hingham Circle for a report of a possible domestic. After speaking with all
parties, one individual was placed under arrest for misdemeanor domestic assault and transported to the
Dakota County Jail.
