PI ACCIDENT — MENDOTA HEIGHTS RD/ENTERPRISE DR 03/19/21, 0925 HOURS
Officers responded to a crash with injuries near Mendota Heights Road and Executive Drive. One person
was reportedly stuck inside the vehicle and was pushed up into trees. Both parties were medically cleared
by paramedics and vehicles were towed due to damage. State report created.
PD ACCIDENT/DWI — 13XX SIBLEY MEMORIAL HWY 03/19/21, 1743 HOURS
While in the area of 1300 Sibley Memorial Hwy, officers observed a motor vehicle accident in a parking lot.
Officers stopped out with the vehicle and detected signs of impairment. Standardized field sobriety tests
were conducted and the driver was placed under arrest.
THEFT — 9XX SIBLEY MEMORIAL HWY 03/20/21, 1523 HOURS
Officers were dispatched to a theft from motor vehicle on the 900 block of Highway 13. There are no
suspects at this time.
DWI — CHARLTON ST 03/20/21, 1547 HOURS
Officers observed a vehicle heading East on 62 approaching Delaware Ave which was swerving over the
lane lines. Officers stopped the vehicle and detected signs of impairment. Officers conducted field sobriety
tests and arrested the driver.
DRUNKENESS — 13XX SIBLEY MEMORIAL HWY 03/20/21, 1822 HOURS
While patrolling the area of 1300 Sibley Memorial Hwy, officers were flagged down by a citizen who
reported an intoxicated person in the vestibule of a restaurant. Officers responded to the area and located
a male getting kicked out by staff. Male was unable to provide us with any contact information for family to
come and pick him up and was too intoxicated to leave alone to his residence. Male was transported to
Ramsey County Detox.
MENTAL HEALTH — 19XX SOUTH LN 03/21/21, 0907 HOURS
Officers were called to the 1900 block of South Lane for a male party who was experiencing a crisis episode.
Officers communicated with the male and his family and determined that he needed emergency medical
care. He was transported to the hospital on a psychiatric hold.
TRAFFIC STOP — 35E/HWY 62 03/21/21, 2344 HOURS
Officer was on routine patrol northbound on I-35/Hwy 62 when he observed a vehicle in front of him have
equipment and moving violations. Officer stopped the vehicle and upon contact with the lone male driver,
officer observed the male to have signs of impairment. Officer had the male perform Standard Field
Sobriety Tests. Based on the tests, officer arrested the male for suspected DWI. Once further tests were
completed back at the Police Department, it was determined the male was not under the influence and
released from custody.

THEFT — 10XX SIBLEY MEMORIAL HWY 03/22/21, 0848 HOURS
Officer took a report of theft/damage to property from the 1000 block of Highway 13. The KNOX box that
holds the elevator key as well as the maintenance room key was ripped off the wall leaving damaged
drywall. There are no cameras in the area and no suspects known. This case might be related to another
when a different key box was taken from the same building. Case inactive.
THEFT — 18XX DELAWARE AVE 03/23/21, 1332 HOURS
Officer received a report of a theft. Money went missing from a teacher ’s purse. Students were
investigated per school policy. No suspects at this time.
THEFT FROM MOTOR VEHICLE — 1XXX DAKOTA DR 03/23/21, 2159 HOURS
Officer responded to location on a damage to property report. Further investigation revealed a theft had
occurred. No suspects.
WARRANT — HWY 62 03/23/21, 2346 HOURS
Officer was on routine patrol on Pilot Knob Road and Highway 13. Officer observed a vehicle traveling in
front of them going the same direction. Officer observed the vehicle make traffic violations and stopped the
vehicle. Upon contact with the lone male driver, officer observed probable cause to search the vehicle and
discovered the driver had two warrants out of Hennepin County. The driver was arrested and transported
to jail.
FRAUD — 19XX WALSH LN 03/25/21, 1858 HOURS
Officer took a fraud report from a resident who stated her credit card information was stolen and her
computer was hacked. No suspects at this time.
TRAFFIC STOP/OFP SERVICE — 13XX NORTHLAND DR 03/25/21, 2251 HOURS
Officer conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle speeding. It was discovered the driver ’s license was expired,
the vehicle’s title has not been transferred and the vehicle was not insured. The driver had an active
warrant out of Washington County and an unserved Order for Protection issued against him from Ramsey
County. Driver was serviced his notice for the OFP and was advised to call Washington County to set up a
court date due to COVID restrictions.
