THEFT — 9XX STRATFORD RD 03/12/21, 1347 HOURS
Responded to a report of a theft of automobile parts in the 900 block of Stratiord Road that happened
overnight. No suspects of evidence. Case is inactfve unless/untfl a suspect/s can be identffied.
THEFT — 1XXX WILLIAM COURT 03/12/21, 1551 HOURS
Officers responded to the 1000 block of William Ct on reports of a person seal coatfng driveways and falsely
representfng themselves as part of a reputable company. Upon arrival the suspect was gone but the victfm
had taken photos of the suspects vehicle. Plate on the vehicle didn't match the suspect vehicle and a KOPS
alert was put out on the plate. Vehicle was located and stopped. Further investfgatfon revealed it was a
legit company.
MENTAL HEALTH — 23XX KRESSIN AVE 03/13/21, 1019 HOURS
Officers responded to the 2300 block of Kressin Ave on reports of a resident who had ran away. Shortly
after arrival the person returned home.
WARRANT ARREST — 13XX SIBLEY MEMORIAL HWY 03/13/21, 1747 HOURS
Officer observed a vehicle driving on the 1300 block of Sibley Memorial Highway with no license plates and
a fictftfous temporary registratfon stfcker taped to the rear windshield. Officer conducted a traffic stop on
the vehicle and discovered the driver's license status was Cancelled-Inimical to Public Safety (IPS). The
driver also had an actfve Ramsey County gross misdemeanor warrant for driving after cancellatfon-IPS. The
driver was placed under arrest for their warrant and transported to the Ramsey County Jail. The vehicle
was impounded to Marks Towing. Local charges for Driving After Cancellatfon-IPS will be formally
submitted.
MENTAL HEALTH — 23XX KRESSIN AVE 03/14/21, 1018 HOURS
Officers responded to a call about someone experiencing a mental health crisis. Patfent was hearing voices
and not taking her medicatfon. Patfent transported to hospital.
HARASSING COMMUNICATION — 13XX NORTHLAND DR 03/14/21, 2013 HOURS
Officer was dispatched to locatfon regarding a violatfon of an order for protectfon. Officer spoke with the
complainant who stated the person who she has a protectfon order against was violatfng it through social
media. Case under investfgatfon.
INTENT TO ESCAPE TAX — HWY 13/PILOT KNOB RD 03/15/21, 0242 HOURS
Officer was on routfne patrol traveling NB on Pilot Knob Road and Highway 13. Officer observed a vehicle in
front of him traveling the same directfon with an equipment violatfon. Officer stopped the vehicle and
made contact with the female driver and male passengers. During the traffic stop, officer observed the
license plate on the vehicle did not match the vehicle. Officer removed the license plate from the vehicle
and the vehicle was towed. One of the male passengers was the owner of the vehicle and was advised of
tax evasion charges that may be sent in the mail.

WARRANT ARREST — 8XX SIBLEY MEMORIAL HWY 03/15/21, 1306 HOURS
Officer observed a suspicious occupied vehicle on the 800 block of Hwy 13. Two people getting to know
each other in the back seat. Adult male had a felony warrant. Female did not. Both partfes were there on
their own free will. Female released, male was arrested and transported to Dakota County Jail.
DAC-IPS — LEXINGTON AVE/VICTORIA RD 03/15/21, 2333 HOURS
Officer conducted a traffic stop at the intersectfon of Lexington Ave / Victoria Rd. Officer discovered that
the driver had Cancelled - IPS license status and was required to have an interlock device. Driver was
transported home to a local extended stay hotel and informed about formal charges for the offenses.
TRESPASSING — 23XX LEXINGTON AVE 03/16/21, 1055 HOURS
Officers took a trespassing report from the 2300 block of Lexington Ave. A known party entered the
residence and attempted to take keys to a mutually owned vehicle. Ultfmately they did not take anything
and left without further incident. Pending contact with other party.
MOTOR VEHICLE THEFT — 7XX KNOLLWOOD CT 03/17/21, 1140 HOURS
Officer was dispatched to call the victfm of a vehicle theft that occurred on the 700 block of Knollwood
Court. Victfm advised the car was parked overnight in the driveway and when they came out the next day,
the vehicle was gone. The vehicle was unlocked with key inside. Vehicle was entered as stolen. The next
day, the vehicle was recovered in Ramsey County and was involved in an accident.
THEFT — 9XX SIBLEY MEMORIAL HWY 03/17/21, 1157 HOURS
Employee parked a work vehicle at a convenience store in the 900 block of Hwy 13. When he got back to
the work shop, it was discovered that a drill box was missing. Employee was positfve it was in the bed of
the truck. Store will be contacted for possible video.
DAC-IPS — SIBLEY MEMORIAL HWY/LILYDALE RD 03/17/21, 1358 HOURS
Officer ran a query search of a license plate that showed a Cancelled IPS status. Officer conducted a traffic
stop on the vehicle and determined the driver was the registered owner. Officer will be formally charging
the driver for the offense.
HARASSING COMMUNICATION — 13XX NORTHLAND DR 03/17/21, 1903 HOURS
Officer was dispatched to take a harassing communicatfons call by phone. This is an ongoing issue. Officer
documented potentfal restraining order violatfon. Case will be forwarded to city attorney for review.
DWI — 35E/494 03/17/21, 2225 HOURS
Officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle that was swerving over the lane lines. The vehicle was
stopped and field sobriety tests were done on the driver. The driver was arrested for DWI and transported
to Dakota County Jail.

PERSONAL INJURY ACCIDENT — 9XX CAREN ROAD 03/18/21, 0724 HOURS
Officers were dispatched to the 900 block of Caren Road on a report of a vehicle versus pedestrian crash
with injuries. Officers arrived and discovered the pedestrian was alert and conscious. Medics arrived on
scene and transported the patfent to the hospital. The driver of the vehicle remained on scene and stated
to officers she did not see the pedestrian. Vehicle was drivable after the crash. Crash report completed.
RECOVERED PROPERTY — 13XX ASPEN WAY 03/18/21, 1033 HOURS
Officer was dispatched to a parking violatfon on the 1300 block of Aspen Way. Officer arrived and
discovered that the vehicle was unoccupied and listed stolen out of Minneapolis. The vehicle was towed.
DOMESTIC ASSAULT — 16XX DODD RD 03/18/21, 1016 HOURS
Officer responded to an after the fact domestfc. Victfm stated she was assaulted after an argument.
Suspect left in an unknown vehicle. A KOPS alert was issued for the suspect. Photos and a statement were
taken. Case pending contact with the suspect.
