DAMAGE TO PROPERTY — 9XX Sibley Memorial Hwy 02/26/21, 1351 HOURS
Officer responded to an underground garage in the 900 block of Hwy 13 to investigate a report of damage
to a vehicle. Investigation revealed vehicle was parked at 1130 hours that morning and found with window
broken at 1350 hours. Nothing was stolen from the vehicle. Left rear passenger window was smashed out.
There are no cameras in the area and no one suspicious seen. No evidence available. Victim was provided
with a case number for insurance purposes.
THEFT — 14XX Sibley Memorial Hwy 02/26/21, 1403 HOURS
Dispatched to the 1400 block of Sibley Memorial Highway for a theft in progress. Witness saw someone
taking items from a vehicle that was parked in a parking lot. The vehicle then left. Area was checked but it
was not located. Window was broken out and tools were removed. Property loss sheet given to victim.
WARRANT ARREST/DRUGS — 13XX Smith Ave 02/27/21, 0339 HOURS
Officers were called to assist West St. Paul PD on a suspicious activity call. Resident was reporting a male
attempted to gain entry into her home. Officers located a male matching the description of the suspect and
advised there was an active felony narcotics warrant for his arrest. Suspect was taken into custody and
discovered to have narcotics in his possession. Suspect was transported to the Dakota County Jail where he
was booked for his warrant. Further charges pending test results of the substances seized.
OFP VIOLATION — 11XX Victoria Curve 02/27/21, 1126 HOURS
Reporting party was calling from out of state. Reporting party wished to file an OFP / DANCO violation. The
location of the caller, and the location of the respondent does not allow this jurisdiction to make an arrest
or charge out the crime.
MISSING PERSON — 23XX Field Stone Dr 02/27/21, 1351 HOURS
Officer spoke with reporting party regarding his adult son who was missing. The adult son suffers from a
mental disorder diagnosis. Unknown if the son had taken current medication. The son left the home
unannounced in the morning and had not returned home. Parents were concerned about his out -of-normal
behavior and welfare. Missing person alert sent. Missing person later found unharmed and removed as
missing.
DISORDERLY CONDUCT — 13XX Northland Drive 02/27/21, 1423 HOURS
Officers responded to a hotel on Northland Dr. in reference to a fight. The parties were in a physical alter-
cation, but separated when officers arrived. One party forced his way past the other to gain entry into the
food shelf room. A verbal confrontation started, which quickly escalated into a physical fight. Both had
enough engagement to be charged with DOC and 5th degree assault. Neither wanted to be the victim.

TAMPERING WITH MOTOR VEHICLE — 16XX Lilydale Road 02/28/21, 1224 HOURS
Officer took a report of theft from the 1600 block of Lilydale Rd. Reporting party's vehicle was broken into
and items were taken. No suspect information. Case inactive
WEAPONS — 13XX Northland Drive 02/28/21, 1736 HOURS
Officer was flagged down at a local business by an individual claiming someone else was waving a gun
around. Suspect was located and no weapon was found.
THEFT — 14XX Northland Drive 02/28/21, 1300 HOURS
Responded to the 1400 block of Northland Drive on a report of a catalytic converter that was stolen
sometime in the past 5 days. No suspects or evidence. Crime/loss prevention discussed. Report taken. Case
is inactive.
STOP ARM VIOLATION — Wagon Wheel Trail 03/01/21, 1529 HOURS
Officer dispatched to a driving complaint at the intersection of Wagon Wheel Trail and Swan Dr. The
reporting party filled out a stop arm violation form and sent it to Officer. Officer spoke with the driver of
suspect vehicle; the driver admitted to the stop arm violation. Report written.
BURGLARY — 11XX Sibley Memorial Hwy 03/01/21, 1700 HOURS
Responded to a Burglary report in the 1100 block of Sibley Memorial Highway where numerous items were
stolen from the underground parking area at the location. Property management is working on obtaining
security video of the incident to see if a suspect/s can be identified. Report filed.
ATTEMPTED BURGLARY — 21XX Hwy 13 03/01/21, 2109 HOURS
Officer was dispatched out on a report of suspicious activity at the 2100 block of Highway 13. A group of
suspects attempted to enter the apartment complex but were unable to. There was minor property
damage. Security footage was obtained. Case status is active.
THREATS/STALKING — 23XX Lexington Ave 03/02/21, 1316 HOURS
Officer took a report of threats from the 2300 block of Lexington Ave. Over the last year the reporting party
has been receiving threats over social media. Case inactive.
THEFT — 20XX Timmy Street 03/03/21, 0831 HOURS
Resident in the 2000 block of Timmy St called to report a theft of a catalytic convertor. The theft took place
between 2100 on 03-02-2021 and 0800 on 03-03-2021. There are no known suspects. Case Status: Inactive.

THEFT— 10XX Sibley Memorial Hwy 03/01/21, 1417 HOURS
Responded to a report that a package was stolen from the lobby of a building in the 1000 block of Sibley
Memorial Highway in Lilydale, MN. Property management was requested to review security cameras to see
if the theft was caught on camera. Case is inactive unless/until a suspect can be identified. Report filed.
DUMPING/LITTERING — 25XX Lexington Ave 03/04/21, 1252 HOURS
Officers responded to the 2500 block of Lexington Ave on reports of a dumping complaint. Reporting party
was able to get a plate. Description of the suspect matched the registered owner of the vehicle. When con-
tacted the registered owner admitted to dumping garbage in the dumpster. Suspect was mailed a citation.
WARRANT ARREST — 6XX Spring Street 03/04/21, 1641 HOURS
Officers stopped suspicious vehicle. Driver provided someone else's driver’s license. Driver had felony war-
rant. Local charges for gross misdemeanor false info to police and possession of dangerous weapon.
