THREATS/STALKING — 25XX CONCORD WAY 02/05/21, 1423 HOURS
Officer took a report of harassment that occurred at the 2500 block of Concord Way. Reporting party
reported that a person she was supposed to interview for a job had been sending threatening emails to
her. Officers attempting to contact other party. Case pending.
AOA — 494 02/06/21, 1345 HOURS
Officer was asked to assist State Patrol with a pursuit. Officer was second in the pursuit through the city.
Officer assisted until State units were able to assist.
NO INS/DAR — HWY 62/CARMEN LN 02/06/21, 1733 HOURS
While conducting patrol of Hwy 62 and Carmen Ln, officers observed a vehicle ’s registration display that
didn't match the registration year through DVS. Officers stopped the vehicle and determined that the tabs
were registered to a different vehicle, the owner didn't have a valid license and there was no insurance on
the vehicle. The vehicle was towed and the driver was released with a citation.
FALSE INFO — 13XX NORTHLAND DR 02/06/21, 2329 HOURS
Officers were dispatched to the 1300 block of Northland Drive for a possible domestic assault in progress.
Officers made contact with both parties and determined no assault took place. One of the individuals gave
police a false name. The individual was cited and released.
IDENTITY THEFT — 6XX WESLEY CT 02/09/21, 0819 HOURS
Resident from Wesley Ct discovered an unauthorized transaction on his Pay Pal account. The credit card
company associated with this account has requested a police case number.
OFP VIOLATION — 23XX APACHE CT 02/09/21, 0924 HOURS
Officers investigated an Order for Protection violation that had occurred on the 2300 block of Apache
Court. A report was completed and the incident was referred for charging.
RECOVERED PLATES — 6XX SIBLEY CT 02/09/21, 1018 HOURS
Officer received a phone call from a resident who reported that his license plates were recovered from
another agency without realizing they were even stolen. He reported the incident.
OFP VIOLATION — 12XX DELAWARE AVE 02/09/21, 1034 HOURS
Dispatched to the 1200 block of Delaware Ave on a check the welfare call. Family member from out of state
could hear yelling between daughter and her boyfriend. There was no signs of a domestic assault, no
threats made, however, the boyfriend violated a Ramsey County Domestic Abuse No Contact Order.
Suspect was gone. ATL / Pick and Hold was sent out.

MOTOR VEHICLE THEFT — 5XX ANNAPOLIS ST 02/10/21, 1049 HOURS
Officer was dispatched to the 500 block of Annapolis St on a report of vehicle theft. Owner stated they left
their vehicle running on the driveway to warm up. When they returned, the vehicle was gone. No suspect
information at this time.
FRAUD — 7XX WOODRIDGE DR 02/10/21, 1743 HOURS
Officer received a report from a resident whose personal information was used to apply for unemployment
benefits. He was advised to report the incident to the FTC.
DOMESTIC — 7XX HAVENVIEW CT 02/10/21, 1954 HOURS
Officer was dispatched to a 911 hang-up on the 700 block of Havenview Ct. The call was updated to a
domestic disturbance involving the caller’s adult son. Officers arrived and calmed the situation. The adult
son left to stay a friend’s house.
TRESPASS — 13XX NORTHLAND DR 02/10/21, 2045 HOURS
Officers responded to the 1300 block of Northland Drive on reports of a trespass. Upon arrival, officers
determined that the person had not been trespassed and they issued them a trespass notice.
DWI — 35E/494 02/11/21, 0044 HOURS
Officer observed a vehicle that drove off the road on the ramp of southbound 35E to eastbound 494.
Officer stopped out with the driver who was exhibiting signs of impairment and conducted a field sobriety
test. Driver was determined to be over the legal limit and placed under arrest. Vehicle was impounded for
forfeiture and driver was booked and released from the Dakota County Jail for 2nd Degree DWI.
