IDENTITY THEFT — XX HINGHAM CIR 01/29/21, 1047 HOURS
A woman living near Hingham Circle called to report that someone had tried to apply for unemployment
benefits using her identity. Her employer caught the activity so the fraud was not successful. No suspect
information.
MENTAL HEALTH — 21XX HWY 13 01/29/21, 1414 HOURS
Officers responded to a 911 hang up on the 2100 block of Highway 13. Officers responded to the location
and located a juvenile in crisis. Juvenile began throwing items and was restrained. Juvenile was transported
to the hospital for a mental health evaluation.
THEFT — 6XX HWY 62 01/29/21, 1744 HOURS
Officers responded to a phone call report of a theft from motor vehicle on the 600 block of Hwy 62. A purse
was stolen from the vehicle containing various valuable belongings. Under investigation.
THEFT — 10XX SIBLEY MEMORIAL HWY 01/30/21, 1019 HOURS
Resident on the 1000 block of Highway 13 reported their license plate was stolen. Advised owner to get
new plates and documented theft.
THEFT — 24XX ENTERPRISE DR 01/30/21, 1100 HOURS
Officers were called to a theft of trailers on the 2400 block of Enterprise Drive. Multiple trailers were
stolen. Two trailers were recovered at a local hotel. This case will be forwarded to investigations for follow
up.
DWI — HWY 62/HWY 13 01/30/21, 2144 HOURS
Officer stopped a vehicle on Hwy 62 and Hwy 13 for multiple driving offenses. Driver admitted to being
under the influence and later failed SFSTs. She consented to a breath test but would not comply with the
exam. She was transported to Dakota Jail on a book and release status.
DWI — SUNSET LN/DODD RD 01/31/21, 0223 HOURS
Officer was monitoring traffic on the 1100 block of Dodd Road. Officer observed a vehicle to be speeding
and stopped the vehicle. While the officer spoke with the male driver, he observed clues of impairment.
Officer had the driver perform Standard Field Sobriety Tests. The driver was placed under arrest and
transported to the Mendota Heights Police Department. The driver was charged with 4th degree driving
while intoxicated.
THEFT FROM MOTOR VEHICLE — 17XX LEXINGTON AVE 01/31/21, 0614 HOURS
Officer took a report of theft from the 1700 block of Lexington Ave. Caller ’s vehicle was entered and items
were taken from the inside. No suspect description.

TRAFFIC STOP/DRUGS — HWY 13/LILYDALE RD 02/01/21, 0355 HOURS
Officer was on routine patrol traveling northbound on the 800 block of Highway 13. Officer observed a
vehicle traveling southbound on the same block at a high rate of speed. Officer stopped the vehicle and
identified the male driver. The officer detected an odor of raw marijuana and conducted a vehicle search.
Officer located a large amount of marijuana and placed the driver under arrest. The driver was transported
to the Dakota County Jail for controlled substance charges.
THEFT — 7XX N PLAZA DR 02/01/21, 1234 HOURS
On 01-30-2021 an unknown adult female stole some alcohol from a business in the 700 block of North
Plaza Dr. The theft was captured on security video. An attempt will be made to create a Tri County Alert to
identify the female.
DANCO VIOLATION — XX SOMERSET RD 02/01/21, 1359 HOURS
Officers received a report of a past action Domestic Abuse No Contact Order that occurred on Somerset
Road. The incident was referred to the county attorney for charging.
FRAUD — 13XX RIVERSIDE LN 02/01/21, 1507 HOURS
Officer took a report of fraud from the 1300 block of Riverside Lane. Reporting party had been contacted by
an unknown party and swindled out of money and personal information. Money was sent to banks in other
countries. Case active.
FLEEING — 13XX NORTHLAND DR 02/02/21, 2305 HOURS
Officer conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle. Vehicle fled and ultimately crashed. Suspects taken into
custody.
DWI — DODD RD/494 02/03/21, 0210 HOURS
Officer was traveling southbound on Dodd Road and I-494 on routine patrol. Officer observed a vehicle
traveling in front of them the same direction with equipment violations. Officer stopped the vehicle and
after speaking with the driver, believed they were under the influence. Officer had the driver perform
Standard Field Sobriety Tests and performed a blood draw. Awaiting test results.
THEFT — 24XX PILOT KNOB RD 02/03/21, 0903 HOURS
Dispatched to a manufacturing business in the 2400 block of Pilot Knob Rd. An employee called to report
that a catalytic convertor was stolen from a vehicle. The theft took place on 02 -02-2021 around 0930 hours.
There is video and still photos attached to the case file. Under investigation.
THEFT — 20XX CENTRE POINTE BLVD 02/03/21, 1947 HOURS
Vehicle owner reported her catalytic converter was stolen from the 2000 block of Centre Pointe Boulevard.
There are no suspects that this time.

DAMAGE TO PROPERTY — 7XX HWY 62 02/03/21, 2047 HOURS
Officer responded to a vandalism call at Walgreens. Vehicle owner noticed cracks in her drivers window.
Owner left vehicle running while she ran into the store. Suspects attempted to gain access to her vehicle,
but she came out while they were standing next to her car. They drove away. There are no suspects at this
time.
DOMESTIC ASSAULT — 13XX NORTHLAND DR 02/04/21, 0523 HOURS
Officers responded to an assault on the 1300 block of Northland Drive. Suspect left scene prior to officers
arriving. After speaking with the victim it was determined the suspect committed second degree assault
and damage to property. The suspect was located a couple blocks away and was ultimately transported to
the hospital. A third party on scene was booked into Dakota County Jail for an outstanding warrant.
DOMESTIC ASSAULT — 5XX MIRIAM SR 02/04/21, 0605 HOURS
Officers responded to the 500 block of Miriam St on reports of a person in crisis. The person in crisis was
transported to the hospital on a hold. Through investigation, it was learned that a male had been the
victim of a domestic at the residence throughout the past week and the suspect was the person in crisis.
Case was forwarded for charging.
SEXUAL ASSAULT — 7XX PLAZA DR 02/04/21, 0941 HOURS
Officer responded to the Police Department lobby on reports of a criminal sexual conduct. Report was
taken and the investigation is ongoing.
