DISTURB PEACE—12XX LAKEVIEW AVE 11/17/20, 0800 HOURS
Officers received a report of a disturbance between two parƟes where one may have a firearm Officers spoke
with both the male and female party and learned there was no firearm involved. The two had goƩen into an
argument and the male threw a phone and broke a window. The female had scratched the male. Neither party
wanted to press charges. This report is for informaƟon only.
DWI — 35E/HWY 62 11/27/20, 2330 HOURS
Officers observed a vehicle traveling South on 35E approaching Hwy 62 that was swerving over the lane and fog
lines. Officers stopped the vehicle and conducted field sobriety tests on the driver who showed signs of
impairment. Driver provided a PBT sample and was arrested for DWI. Driver was booked at Dakota County Jail
for DWI.
BURGLARY—13XX RIVERSIDE LN 11/29/20, 0957 HOURS
Officer received a report of a burglary at a residence. Officer spoke with the adult male vicƟm who stated two of
his vehicles were parked in his garage and someone went through them. The suspect also aƩempted to enter
his home, but was unsuccessful. There are no suspects at this Ɵme. This incident is under invesƟgaƟon.
BURGLARY—20XX DODD RD 11/29/20, 0720 HOURS
Officer received a report of a burglary at a business. The vicƟm had change and keys taken from the building.
There is video of the incident. This incident is currently under invesƟgaƟon.
THEFT FROM AUTO—5XX WATERSEDGE TERR 11/29/20, 1600 HOURS
A 911 caller reported their license plates were stolen from a vehicle overnight while the vehicle was parked in
the driveway. License plates entered as stolen.
THEFT FROM AUTO—15XX DODD RD 11/27/20, 1125 HOURS
Officer received a report of a vehicle that was broken into. One of the vehicle’s rear window was broken and
the suspect stole an item from within the car. There are no suspects at this Ɵme.
THEFT FROM AUTO—11XX CASCADE LN 11/30/20, 1043 HOURS
Officer received a report that a vehicle was broken into. The vicƟm had a window broken on his vehicle and
items were taken from within the vehicle. Some of the items were found discarded around the area. There are
no suspects at this Ɵme.
WARRANT ARREST—13XX WACHTLER AVE 12/01/20, 0108 HOURS
Officer ran license plate on vehicle, when officer turned around, the vehicle aƩempted to evade the officer by turning into a resi-
denƟal street. Officer was able to locate the vehicle and conducted a traffic stop. The driver admiƩed to officers that he had
mulƟple warrants and was aƩempƟng to flee. Driver was arrested and transported to Dakota Jail. Passenger was valid/clear and
she took custody of the vehicle. Case Status is Adult Arrest.

Resident noƟced damage to their mailbox. No known suspects.
PROPERTY DAMAGE—13XX RIVERSIDE LN 11/28/20, 1900 HOURS
An officer took a report of damage to property. SomeƟme overnight, an unknown suspect broke the window of
a vehicle. There are no suspects at this Ɵme.
THEFT FROM AUTO—11XX SIBLEY MEMORIAL HWY 11/15/20, 1026 HOURS
Officer received a report of a vehicle that was damaged. Officer observed numerous windows broken on the
vehicle. Officer spoke with the owner of the vehicle who stated items were also taken from the vehicle.
THEFT FROM AUTO—24XX PILOT KNOB RD 12/01/20, 0920 HOURS
Employee at a business reported theŌ from motor vehicle. Vehicle was found fine at the employee’s 0920 break
Ɵme. At their 1200 lunch break, the passenger window was broken out and purse was missing. Charges
were also discovered on their credit card. Video and banking informaƟon has been requested. InvesƟgaƟon is
acƟve.
BURGLARY—9XX SIBLEY MEMORIAL HWY 12/02/20, 0832 HOURS
Business called to report an overnight burglary as the alarm was set off. Officers were dispatched and found an
unsecured door. Interior was checked; unable to secure door. Owner found video of suspects stealing alcohol.
There are no known suspects.
DISTURB PEACE—23XX LEXINGTON AVE 11/30/20, 2046 HOURS
Officers dispatched to a disturbance and determined an individual damaged their own property. Incident
cleared by report.
SUSPICIOUS PERSON—13XX NORTHLAND DR 12/02/20, 0104 HOURS
Officer was dispatched to a suspicious person but the individual leŌ prior to officers arriving on scene.
Witnesses on scene directed officers to a nearby vehicle. The vehicle had an altered front plate and a rear plate
that did not come back to the vehicle. InvesƟgaƟon acƟve.
RECKLESS—HWY 55 & DODD RD 12/03/20, 2246 HOURS
In the area of Dodd and HWY 55 Officers saw a vehicle which they had previously stopped and given a lawful
order to not to drive because the driver was revoked. Driver began to drive recklessly when the officer pulled in
behind them, running a red-light and spinning out their vehicle as they tried to navigate a corner too fast.
Officers stopped the vehicle, conducted a felony stop and took both parƟes into custody. Vehicle was towed
and driver was booked and released from Dakota County.
