Re: Block 14, Ivy Falls Addition
Dear Paul.:
if
This will confirm our conversation of August 20th, wherein I
advised you that Mendota Heights officials were interested in
the aquisition of the 19 lots in block 14. I advised you that
both the Mayor and the Park and Recreation commission 'Chairman
were interested in this property.
The matter will be discussed at the Park and Recreation Commission
Meeting on Wednesday, August 22, and assuming they make a
recommendation, it will be discussed by the Village Council at
its next meeting on September 4th. (I misinformed you on the next
Council Meeting date.)
The appraiser's price of $9500 seems reasonable and i trust
it will receive serious consideration by our municipal people.
I will see that this matter is processed through our various
governmental .agencies and I trust you will keep me advised of
any moves affecting this sale.
Very trulyyou
