The subject of the hearing involves one aspect of the Commission's plans to eventually develop the 25—acre Friendly Hills marsh site (located just north of Friendly Hills and just east of Dodd Road). Specifically, the Commission will discuss the currently important question: Are the ponds, now contained in the. concept plans for this marsh land, consistent with the past, present, and future park development plans for not only this area but for the entire Village? The Commission is interested in hearing all opinions in this matter. Since our parks have Uillage—wide use and interest, we wish to encourage attendance which represents a cross—section of the population. Date: Wednesday, May 30, 1973 Time: 7:30 P.M.
