NEGLECT/DRUGS—13XX NORTHLAND DR 10/30/20, 0913 HOURS
Officers received a report of possible drug use and child neglect and responded to invesƟgate. Officers
spoke with one of the children. Case referred to social services.
MAIL THEFT—7XX WENTWORTH 10/30/20, 1010 HOURS
Officer received a report of mail theŌ from a residence. Officer spoke with one of the vicƟms who stated a
package was stolen and they found empty mail belonging to their neighbor. There are no suspects at this
Ɵme; case inacƟve.
ASSAULT—2100 SIBLEY MEMORIAL HWY 10/30/20, 1335 HOURS
Officers received a report of disorderly conduct and an assault in progress. Upon arrival, officers spoke with
the female vicƟm and witnesses. The female suspect had leŌ the area prior to the officers’ arrival. It was
learned that the suspect was upset and first yelled at the witnesses. The suspect then waited for the vicƟm
to arrive. Once the vicƟm arrived, the suspect yelled at the vicƟm and started to push her around. The two
separated and the suspect leŌ the area. The suspect will be charged with disorderly conduct and fiŌh
degree assault.
DANCO VIOLATION—1100 VICTORIA CURVE 10/31/20, 1048 HOURS
Received a phone call complaint of a DANCO violaƟon by text message. Suspect located, arrested, and
transported to jail.
MV TAX EVASION—7XX SIBLEY MEMORIAL HWY 10/31/20, 2340 HOURS
Officer conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for a speed violaƟon. Upon invesƟgaƟon, the officer discovered
the driver was revoked, had no vehicle insurance, the vehicle was not registered, the vehicle had plates
that did not match the vehicle, and the tab sƟckers on the plates do not belong to those plates either.
Driver was allowed to park and call for a ride to be picked up. Case is under invesƟgaƟon.
SUSPICIOUS PERSON—D ST/VICTORIA ST 11/01/20, 2353 HOURS
Officer was dispatched to a report of a suspicious vehicle at the intersecƟon of D Street / Victoria Curve.
Vehicle was unoccupied but officer eventually found a male walking in the area, who stated his friend was
driving and walked off. He also stated that they were on their way to Eden Prairie from St. Paul and they
ran out of gas. The male was found to be Cancelled‐IPS and owner of vehicle was not confirmed. Male was
transported to a nearby gas staƟon and the vehicle was towed by Mark's.
WARRANT ARREST—13XX NORTHLAND DR 11/02/20, 0926 HOURS
Officer was on rouƟne patrol and conducted a license plate check of a parked occupied vehicle and it listed
the registered owner to have a felony warrant out of Ramsey County. The officer made contact with the
driver and confirmed the driver was the registered owner. The driver was arrested and transported to the
Ramsey County Jail.

ROAD RAGE—DODD RD/MARIE AVE 11/02/20, 1507 HOURS
Officers were dispatched to a road rage incident at the intersecƟon of Dodd Rd. and Marie Ave. The
reporƟng party stated he passed another vehicle and then the driver of that vehicle began to tailgate him.
The reporƟng party said that the other driver then got out of his vehicle and assaulted him. Officers
checked the area for the suspect vehicle but were unable to locate it. Officer gathered informaƟon and
wrote a report.
THEFT—1700 LEXINGTON AVE 11/03/20, 0809 HOURS
Officer received a report of a theŌ on the 1700 block of Lexington Avenue. Officer spoke with the vicƟm
who stated items were taken from inside her home. She had people working inside her home and noƟced
the items missing aŌer the workers leŌ. This incident is under invesƟgaƟon.
ASSIST OTHER AGENCY—WEST ST PAUL 11/04/20, 0346 HOURS
Officer assisted neighboring agency on a weapons call. Upon arrival, officer assisted in clearing of the
residence as well as taking custody of children. Officer watched over kids in the house while fellow officers
processed the scene. Officer assisted in searching for evidence. Case Status is report.
ATTEMPTED AUTO THEFT—6XX IVY FALLS AVE 11/05/20, 0200 HOURS
Complainant reported it appeared that someone aƩempted to steal their vehicle. The vehicle was parked
secured and unaƩended in their driveway, but it was moved approximately five feet as if it had been
dragged. There are no suspects and no cameras were located in the area.
