BURGLARY — 6XX MARIE AVE 9/18/20, 0723 HOURS
Officer received a report of a burglary that had occurred. Officer spoke with the homeowners and collected
evidence from the scene. There are no suspects at this time. This incident is under investigation.
WARRANT /ARREST— 13XX NORTHLAND DR 9/18/20, 1040 HOURS
Officers were dispatched to a report of a suspicious male and found an adult male matching the description
at the address. The male gave officers a false name multiple times. State Patrol arrived on scene with an
IBIS and confirmed the name of the adult male. Adult male had a felony warrant out of St. Croix County
Wisconsin for Forgery, was a Fugitive from Justice and was in possession of stolen property and drugs. He
was arrested on multiple charges and booked into the Dakota County Jail. Investigation on-going.
THEFT FROM VEHICLE — 13XX HWY 13 9/18/20, 1915 HOURS
Officers were called to investigate a theft from vehicle. Upon arrival officers were unable to locate an
owner of the vehicle but located a phone number for the registered owner and he was able to contact the
driver of the vehicle. Driver had a C-pap machine stolen. Case status inactive.
MENTAL HEALTH — 7XX UPPER COLONIAL 9/19/20, 0952 HOURS
Officer received a report of a physical disturbance that had occurred and were informed one of the adult
parties had left the area. Officer spoke with an adult male who was intoxicated, had a head injury, and did
not remember what occurred. The adult male did not want any charges. The adult male was transported to
the hospital via ambulance.
THEFT FROM MOTOR VEHICLE — 23XX LEXINGTON AVE 9/19/20, 1308 HOURS
Officer received a report of a theft from a motor vehicle. There are no suspects at this time.
TRAFFIC STOP/WARRANT — 35E/HWY 13 9/20/20, 1001 HOURS
Officer stopped vehicle at Interstate 35-E, north of Highway 13 because the registered owner was showing
a gross misdemeanor warrant. Officer confirmed that the adult male driver was the party with the warrant.
Officer placed the driver under arrest and dispatch confirmed the warrant was still valid. Adult male
transported to Ramsey County Jail.
THEFT — 13XX SIBLEY MEMORIAL HWY 9/21/20, 0952 HOURS
Officers were dispatched to location on a report of a catalytic convertor stolen from a parked vehicle while
complainant was using trails. Case inactive.
TRAFFIC STOP/WARRANT — 35E/LONE OAK ROAD 9/21/20, 2141 HOURS
Officer conducted a traffic stop on southbound 35E / Lone Oak in Eagan. Officer learned driver had a gross
misdemeanor warrant out of Dakota County. The driver was arrested for the warrant. After identifying the
passenger, officer learned she had two active warrants out of different counties; she was also arrested and
placed into the custody of St. Paul PD. The male was transported to Dakota County Jail.
THEFT — 11XX CENTRE POINTE CIRCLE 9/22/20, 1223 HOURS
Officers were dispatched to location on a report of a catalytic convertor stolen from their vehicle while it
was parked unattended. There are no cameras covering the area. Case inactive.

FRAUD — 1XXX SIBLEY MEMORIAL HWY 9/22/20, 1752 HOURS
Fraudster applied for unemployment benefits utilizing a citizen ’s personal information. The application was
denied and no financial loss.
TRAFFIC STOP/DRUGS — HWY 13/VICTORIA RD 9/22/20, 2158 HOURS
Officer ran a license plate query and learned the registered owner was expired and had equipment
violations. Officer initiated a traffic stop and while speaking with the driver, officer observed suspicious
narcotics in plain view. Vehicle was searched and driver is being formally charged.
WARRANT — 9XX SIBLEY MEMORIAL HWY 9/23/20, 0850 HOURS
Officer was informed by a customer that two people inside a vehicle were passed out. Officer conducted a
welfare check on the individuals. Both occupants were identified and determined to have active warrants.
The driver was able to pay their cash bail and was released with a court date. The passenger ’s warrant was
non-extraditable and was also released.
RECEIVING STOLEN PROPERTY/ASSAULT — 13XX NORTHLAND DR 9/23/20, 1604 HOURS
Officers responded to a fight call. Suspect was identified and detained. Officers determined a domestic
assault occurred, discovered the suspect was in a stolen vehicle, and the passenger had a felony warrant. A
theft occurred during the domestic assault and the theft suspect was also arrested for a felony warrant. The
passenger complained of a medical issue and was released to medics. The other suspects were transported
to Dakota County Jail.
