TRESPASS/CIVIL SERVICE—2XXX LEXINGTON AVE 9/11/20, 1312 HOURS
Officers responded to take a report of a suspicious person. Subsequent invesƟgaƟon led to the issuance of
a verbal Trespass Order being given as well as serving the subject with an unserved Temporary Harassment
Restraining Order. Report filed.
WARRANT ARREST—1XXX NORTHLAND DR 9/11/20, 2021 HOURS
Officers received a report of a domesƟc dispute. Officers spoke with the parƟes involved and determined
no crime occurred. The male had a felony warrant out of Ramsey County. He was arrested the male and
transported to Ramsey County Jail. Case closed by adult arrest.
DWI—SIBLEY MEMORIAL/RIVERSIDE 9/12/20, 0048 HOURS
Officer was conducƟng staƟonary radar at Sibley Memorial Highway and Riverside Lane. Officer observed
vehicle speeding. Vehicle was stopped on Sibley Memorial Highway / Lilydale Road. Upon further
invesƟgaƟon, officer determined driver was under the influence of alcohol. Driver was arrested for DWI and
transported to Dakota Jail on a Book and Release. Case Status is Arrest.
THEFT FROM MV—1XXX MAYFIELD HTS RD 9/12/20, 1651 HOURS
Officer received a report of a theŌ from a motor vehicle . There are no suspects at this Ɵme.
SIMPLE ROBBERY—2XXX DODD RD 9/13/20, 1956 HOURS
Male suspect entered a store and demanded money from the register. Suspect then went behind the
counter and took the money from the register. No weapon displayed and no threats were made. Suspect
fled to the south. Under invesƟgaƟon.
WARRANT ARREST—HWY 62/DODD RD 9/13/20, 2104 HOURS
Officer was traveling west on Highway 62 and Dodd Road and performed a rouƟne license plate check of a
vehicle in front of them. The check came back with the registered owner having a felony warrant. Officer
conducted a felony stop and arrested the driver/registered owner on the warrant. The driver was
transported to the Dakota County Jail.
TS –CARELESS—35E/WAGON WHEEL 9/14/20, 0229 HOURS
Officer observed vehicle traveling southbound on 35E / Wagon Wheel at a high rate of speed. Vehicle was
stopped in Eagan on 35E/Lone Oak. Officer observed a small child in a car seat in the back of the vehicle.
Due to speed and circumstances, party was cited for a misdemeanor driving offense. Case Status is CitaƟon.
THEFT FROM AUTO—1XXX SIBLEY MEMORIAL HWY 09/14/20, 0950 HOURS
Officer was dispatched to a theŌ from vehicle call. There are no suspects at this Ɵme.

PUBLIC ASSIST/ANIMAL CALL—1XXX SYLVANDALE RD 9/14/20, 1919 HOURS
Officer received a phone call from a party who was in the hospital and needed assistance looking aŌer their
dog. Officer went to their home and brought the dog to the animal hospital to be taken care of.
PROPERTY DAMAGE—2XXX LEXINGTON AVE 9/14/20, 2026 HOURS
Officer received a report of a domesƟc in progress. Officer spoke with an adult female and her child who
stated the adult male that was involved leŌ. Officer gathered informaƟon and determined no domesƟc
assault occurred. The adult male damaged the residence and is pending charges.
THEFT FROM BOAT– 1XXX SIBLEY MEMORIAL HWY 9/15/20, 0540 HOURS
Resident called to report theŌ of a motor off a boat. Vehicle and trailer were parked in the parking lot over
night. Caller witnessed theŌ from a distance. Follow up pending informaƟon from vicƟm.
THEFT OF MAIL—XXXX HUBER DR 9/14/20—0300 HOURS
Resident found several mailboxes open in their neighborhood and later discovered through USPS Informed
Delivery that mail had been removed from their mailbox possibly overnight. Mail contained business and
banking informaƟon. VicƟm contacted banking insƟtuƟons. No suspect informaƟon.
TS—DRUGS—DELAWARE/ORME ST 9/16/20, 1753 HOURS
While patrolling the area of Delaware Ave and Orme St officers observed a vehicle traveling at a visually
high rate of speed heading south on Delaware. Officers turned to stop the vehicle and the vehicle turned
quickly in an apparent aƩempt to loose the officer. Officers were able to catch up with the vehicle and stop
it. Officer located marijuana and THC Wax. Officers cited the driver and they were released.
UNDERAGE TOBACCO SALE—1XXX MENDOTA HEIGHTS RD 9/16/20—1624 HOURS
While conducƟng tobacco compliance checks, an employee sold tobacco to an underage individual. The
employee was issued a citaƟon for the violaƟon. Forward to City Clerk for civil penalƟes against the
business.
4TH DEG DWI—3XXX DODD RD 9/16/20, 2336 HOURS
Officer observed a vehicle driving recklessly through a public parking lot. Officer conducted a traffic stop
and it was discovered the driver had a felony warrant from Wisconsin and was placed under arrest. The
driver later admiƩed to ingesƟng narcoƟcs prior to his arrest. EMS responded and transported the driver to
the hospital. A blood draw was performed and charges are pending test results. Driver was admiƩed to the
hospital for observaƟon and released from custody. Vehicle was released to owner.

SUSPICIOUS/FUGITIVE/THEFT/DRUGS—1XXX NORTHLAND DR 9/17/20, 2331 HOURS
Officers dispatched to a report of suspicious person. Officers stopped out with an adult male suspect
matching the descripƟon. Adult male suspect gave false name to police officers. Adult male suspect had a
suspected stolen idenƟficaƟon card in his vehicle. State Patrol assisted with an IBIS and confirmed idenƟty
of the male and found that he had an out of state arrest warrant. Officer found small blue pills in the adult
male suspect's pocket. Officers found a black/mulƟ colored backpack in close proximity to the adult male
suspect's vehicle. Officers searched backpack and found mulƟple idenƟty documents and credit cards from
mulƟple different people. Officers seized backpack and entered the items that were inside the backpack
into evidence. Officers seized vehicle as evidence; warrant to be wriƩen to search vehicle for other stolen
documents. Adult male suspect taken to Dakota County Jail.
BURGLARY—6XX MARIE AVE 9/18/20, 0723 HOURS
Officer received a report of a burglary. Officer spoke with the homeowners and collected evidence from
the scene. There are no suspects at this Ɵme. This incident is under invesƟgaƟon.
