VANDALISM/HATE CRIME – 2XXX PILOT KNOB RD 08/28/20, 1521 HOURS
Officer received a report of vandalism to a statue on the 2000 block of Pilot Knob Road. Officer removed
the statue from its location. The incident is under investigation.
DWI – 13XX SIBLEY MEMORIAL HWY 08/28/20, 2218 HOURS
While patrolling the 1300 block of Hwy 13, officers observed a vehicle traveling above the speed limit.
Officers conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle and through investigation, determined the driver was
impaired. The driver was arrested and cited for DWI.
DWI – CHERI LN/CYGNET LN 08/29/20, 2213 HOURS
Officer was on routine patrol on the 900 block of Wagon Wheel Trail when they observed a vehicle
traveling without its taillights on. Officer stopped the vehicle and believed the adult female driver had been
drinking. Officer conducted Standard Field Sobriety Tests and arrested the driver for driving while
intoxicated. Officer transported the driver to jail.
HIT & RUN ACCIDENT – DELAWARE AVE/ANNAPOLIS AVE 08/30/20, 0033 HOURS
Officer responded to an accident near Delaware and Annapolis. A vehicle struck a parked car and was left
unattended. The vehicle was towed and the case is under investigation.
FRAUD – 18XX EAGLE RIDGE DR 08/30/20, 1430 HOURS
Resident in the 1800 block of Eagle Ridge Dr called to report fraudulent emails soliciting iTunes gift cards.
Victim paid $800. The fraud was reported to the bank, Apple and law enforcement. No suspects.
911 HANGUP/CHECK WELFARE – 11XX ORCHARD PL 08/30/20, 1631 HOURS
Officers were dispatched to a 911 hangup at the 1100 block of Orchard Pl. Dispatch advised that there was
a female voice that could be heard saying "get off me." Officers searched the area for the caller, but were
unable to locate the caller. Dispatch found the owner of the phone and provided officers with information.
Officer put out a KOPS Alert for the caller to check her welfare.
TRAFFIC STOP/WARRANT – DODD RD/WENTWORTH AVE 08/30/20, 2308 HOURS
Officer observed vehicle driving northbound on Dodd Rd. Officer ran the license plate of the vehicle and the
tabs on the vehicle came back expired. Officer stopped the vehicle at Dodd Road and Wentworth Avenue.
Officer identified the adult female driver. Driver had an active Hennepin County warrant. Officer detained
adult female driver. Hennepin County confirmed 3 warrants for the adult female driver. Hennepin County
advised the warrants were all sign and release. Adult female driver signed the Hennepin County warrant
form and was released at the scene. Officer faxed the warrant form to Hennepin County.
WEAPON SUSPICION – 18XX DELAWARE AVE 08/31/20, 0934 HOURS
Responded to the 1800 block of Delaware Avenue to investigate the report of a possible negligent storage
of a firearm that happened on August 3rd, 2020. The investigation revealed no chargeable offenses.

THEFT — 11XX DODD RD 08/31/20, 1106 HOURS
Resident in the 1100 block of Dodd Rd reported the theft of a 70cc mini dirt bike. The dirt bike was stored
in a gazebo in the yard. Possible suspect seen about 5 weeks earlier.
THEFT FROM MOTOR VEHICLE — 12XX LAKEVIEW AVE 08/31/20, 2124 HOURS
Officer dispatched to the 1200 block of Lakeview Ave on a theft from motor vehicle report. Officer called
the adult female victim who said that she was missing power tools from her vehicle that was parked in the
driveway. There is no suspect information. The victim does not have any serial numbers for items missing.
DUMPING/LITTERING — SOUTH LN/MENDOTA RD 09/01/20, 0700 HOURS
Responded to the intersection of South Lane and Mendota Road on a report of dumping and graffiti on the
roadway. Video of the incident obtained but unable to identify suspect/s. Items and graffiti was removed.
THEFT — 22XX APACHE ST 09/01/20, 1716 HOURS
Officer was dispatched to a theft on the 2200 block of Apache St. The reporting party stated that his
roommates let tree trimmers in the home and were assisting one of the workers inside the house. The
reporting party stated that when the tree trimmers left the residence, the roommates found that the
worker had stolen money from the home. No suspects.
THEFT FROM MOTOR VEHICLE — 18XX DELAWARE AVE 09/01/20, 2108 HOURS
Officer was dispatched to location on a report of a theft from motor vehicle. Upon speaking with the
victim, officer determined a theft had occurred. The victim did not have all the information available at the
time. Case pending further follow-up.
TAMPERING WITH MOTOR VEHICLE — OVERLOOK RD/LILAC LN 09/03/20, 0629 HOURS
Officers were called to location in reference to a woman who saw a suspect running from a car that was
alarming. The suspect had an armful of items near the intersection of Overlook and Douglas. Officers
found the male without the items. Reporting party came to the scene and confirmed the suspect. Suspect
was evaluated by medics and released due to lack of evidence.
