DWI — 8XX HWY 13 06/05/20, 2044 HOURS
Officer stopped out with a suspicious vehicle in the 800 block of Highway 13. The adult male driver was
found to be intoxicated and placed under arrest for DWI.
HRO VIOLATION — 18XX DODD RD 06/05/20, 2056 HOURS
Officers dispatched to the 1800 block of Dodd Road on a harassment complaint. Officers made contact with
adult male victim who said he was in his backyard doing lawn work and weed whipping when the adult
male suspect started yelling at him and then sprayed him with a water hose. Adult male victim said he had
an active HRO against the adult male suspect. Officers made contact with adult male suspect who admitted
to spraying adult male victim with hose and yelling at him. Officer told adult male suspect he was under
arrest. Adult male suspect attempted to run from officers and resisted arrest. Adult male suspect booked
into Dakota County Jail.
FIREWORKS — 11XX IVY HILL DR 06/05/20, 2156 HOURS
Officers responded to 1100 block of Ivy Hills Dr on a fireworks complaint. Soon after arrival a resident at the
address given by dispatch shot aerial fireworks off. Officers approached the residence and attempted to
make contact. Occupants of the residence refused to come to the door to speak with officers. Investigation
is ongoing.
DWI — DODD RD/HWY 62 06/05/20, 2334 HOURS
Officer observed a vehicle whose driver was previously stopped and cited for a traffic offense and was now
starting to drive the wrong way at I-35E and Hwy 62. Officer stopped the vehicle and spoke with the driver.
The driver was displaying signs of impairment and performed a field sobriety test. The driver was
determined to be over the legal limit and placed under arrest. Marks Towing was called to impound the
vehicle. The driver was booked and released from the Dakota County Jail.
DWI — 494/DODD RD 06/07/20, 0326 HOURS
Officers were dispatched to the westbound 494 exit ramp to Dodd Rd on a report of an accident with no
injury. Upon arrival, officers determined the male was under the influence of alcohol. He was arrested for
DWI and later released to a sober party.
THEFT — 22XX ALICE LN 06/07/20, 0858 HOURS
Officers were made aware of a house near the 2200 block of Alice Lane that had a tree stolen out of their
yard overnight. There are no suspects at this time.
DAMAGE TO PROPERTY — 9XX SIBLEY MEMORIAL HWY 06/07/20, 0935 HOURS
Dispatched to the 900 block of Hwy 13 on report of a storage garage with an open door. Door was forced
open but there appeared to be nothing taken from inside the garage. Property was checked and all other
doors were secure. Damage happened between Friday evening and Sunday morning.

DWI — 35E/HWY 13 06/07/20, 2306 HOURS
Officer conducted a traffic stop of a vehicle near the intersection of Interstate 35E and Highway 13. It was
found that the adult male driver was intoxicated and was placed under arrest.
THEFT — 8XX CHERI LANE 06/08/20, 0946 HOURS
Responded to the 800 block of Cheri Lane on a report of mailboxes that were left open. Subsequent
investigation led to the recovery of mail from four residents that live in the area of the call. No suspects or
evidence. Mail was returned to the owners.
FRAUD — 13XX NORTHLAND DR 06/08/20, 1319 HOURS
Employee from a business in the 1300 block of Northland Dr reported fraud. Fraud was conducted through
email and text message. Merchants are currently investigating a refund to the victim.
FRAUD — 1XXX OVERLOOK RD 06/08/20, 1507 HOURS
Officer was dispatched to an identity call at the 1000 block of Overlook Rd. The reporting party stated that
someone had created a Best Buy account with their information. The reporting party said that she received
multiple packages from Best Buy but did not lose any money.
THEFT — 13XX MENDOTA HEIGHTS RD 06/08/20, 1637 HOURS
Employee failed to return electronic device post termination. This matter is under investigation.
FRAUD — 9XX HIGHVIEW CIRCLE N 06/10/20, 2005 HOURS
Mendota Heights resident contacted the Police Department to report his information had been used to
open a cell phone bill. There was an outstanding debt from the fraud. Resident was not out any money.
MOTOR VEHICLE THEFT — 13XX NORTHLAND DR 06/11/20, 1236 HOURS
Officers took a vehicle theft report on the 1300 block of Northland Drive. The vehicle was stolen sometime
during the overnight hours. The vehicle was entered as stolen.
