THEFT FROM MOTOR VEHICLE — 16XX JAMES RD 05/08/20, 0635 HOURS
Officer dispatched to the 1600 block of James Rd on a theft report. Officer called adult male reporting party
who said items were stolen from his vehicle overnight. No suspect information.
DISORDERLY CONDUCT — 2XXX DODD RD 05/08/20, 1135 HOURS
Responded to the 2000 Block of Dodd Road on a report of Disorderly Conduct that happened as a result of
a road rage incident. One citation was issued.
DRUGS — 35E/HWY 62 05/08/20, 2248 HOURS
Officer observed vehicle speeding on Highway 62. Vehicle was stopped at 35E. Officer smelled marijuana in
the vehicle. Open container of alcohol and marijuana found in the vehicle. Driver was cited and released.
HARASSING COMMUNICATION — 23XX LEXINGTON AVE 05/11/20, 1537 HOURS
Officer dispatched to speak with an adult female in the 2300 block of Lexington Avenue who had been
receiving harassing communications via the mail. Reporting party only requested documentation at this
time.
THEFT FROM MOTOR VEHICLE —1XXX CULLEN AVE 05/11/20, 1822 HOURS
Officer was dispatched to a theft from motor vehicle at the 1000 block of Cullen Ave. The reporting party
stated that her vehicle had been gone thru and that her purse and several gift cards were stolen from the
vehicle.
THEFT FROM MOTOR VEHICLE —2XXX MENDAKOTA DR 05/11/20, 1700 HOURS
Officer responded to a theft from vehicle report. An unlocked vehicle was entered and items were stolen.
This incident is under investigation.
THEFT FROM MOTOR VEHICLE —2XXX MENDAKOTA DR 05/11/20, 2017 HOURS
Officer responded to a theft from motor vehicle in the 2000 block of Mendakota Drive. No suspects at this
time.
DAMAGE TO PROPERTY —2XXX DODD RD 05/12/20, 0529 HOURS
Officer responded to a damage to property at the 2000 block of Dodd Rd. A door appeared to be damaged
by a nearby brick. No persons were able to enter the location. Surveillance photos received. Information
and description about the suspect not obtainable from the footage. Case inactive.
ASSIST OTHER AGENCY — 35E/HWY 62 05/12/20, 0905 HOURS
Officer assisted state patrol stopping a stolen vehicle on 35E south of Highway 62. Officer provided lethal
cover for trooper taking adult female suspect into custody. Officer assisted clearing the vehicle with
trooper.

DRUGS — 17XX LEXINGTON AVE 05/12/20, 1134 HOURS
Dispatched to the 1700 block of Lexington Ave on report of a suspicious person. Person was located nearby
and became uncooperative when contacted. Party was ultimately arrested and jailed for 5th Degree
Controlled Substance.
TRAFFIC STOP/WARRANT — HWY 62/LEXINGTON AVE 05/12/20, 2242 HOURS
Officer conducted a traffic stop on Hwy 62 / Lexington Ave. Upon further investigation, officer found that
the driver had a gross misdemeanor warrant for probation violation out of Washington County. Officer
arrested the driver and confirmed the warrant. Washington County declined to take the driver so he was
released from custody.
TRAFFIC STOP/DRUGS — SIBLEY MEMORIAL HWY/LILYDALE RD 05/13/20, 0014 HOURS
Officer conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of Sibley Memorial Hwy and Lilydale Road. Officer
smelled the odor of marijuana and a search of the vehicle lead to the discovery of suspected narcotics. The
driver of the vehicle was cited for traffic violations and the passenger will be charged for the suspected
narcotics. Vehicle was towed.
OFP VIOLATION — 22XX PILOT KNOB RD 05/13/20, 1258 HOURS
Officers were called to the 2200 block of Pilot Knob Road in reference to an ex -employee who was trying to
gain access to the building. Officers found later that the suspect had been served a harassment restraining
order previously and was therefore mailed a citation for violation of a harassment restraining order.
HARASSING COMMUNICATION — 15XX DODD RD 05/13/20, 1439 HOURS
A woman called in to report that she was the victim of cyber bullying. It was determined that no criminal
activity had taken place. Both parties were asked to not have any additional contact with one another.
TRAFFIC STOP/IPS — DELAWARE AVE/EMERSON AVE 05/13/20, 2301 HOURS
Officer conducted a random license plate check and the plates did not match the vehicle. Officer conducted
a traffic stop and learned the driver had driver's license problems. Referred for charging.
THEFT FROM MOTOR VEHICLE — 13XX NORTHLAND DR 05/14/20, 1628 HOURS
Officer responded to location on a theft from vehicle report. Upon arrival officers located a vehicle with
the window broken and a victim who stated that their bag was taken. Officers were able to view the video
which showed a suspect breaking the window, taking the bag, and leaving in a waiting vehicle. Through
investigation, officers were able to identify a suspect.
