DWI — 22XX FIELD STONE DR 03/06/20, 2219 HOURS
Officers were dispatched to the 2200 block of Field Stone Drive on a report of suspicious activity. Officer
located the vehicle and initiated a traffic stop. Officer observed narcotics inside the vehicle and believed
the driver to be impaired. Officer conducted a field sobriety test and arrested the driver for suspicion of
DWI from a controlled substance. A vehicle search located narcotics and paraphernalia. The driver was
booked and released from the Dakota County jail and the vehicle was impounded. Charges are pending
blood test results.
DRUGS — HWY 13/WINDY RIDGE 03/07/20, 2243 HOURS
Officer conducted traffic stop on a vehicle. Vehicle was searched due to odor of marijuana. Marijuana wax
was recovered in the vehicle and seized. Case will be forwarded to the county prosecutor for charges.
DAR — HWY 55/ACACIA BLVD 03/08/20, 0146 HOURS
Officer conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle that was dragging their muftfer. Officer stopped vehicle and
driver said they didn't have a license. Ran driver and showed an extensive history of not showing up for
citations. Driver was arrested for driving afler revocation and transported to jail.
WARRANT ARREST — 6XX HWY 62 03/09/20, 0141 HOURS
Officer conducted a traffic stop near the 600 block of Hwy 62. The driver of the vehicle was found to have
two outstanding warrants, was taken into custody and transported to jail.
WARRANT ARREST — DODD RD/MENDOTA HEIGHTS RD 03/09/20, 2251 HOURS
Officer was on routine patrol and ran a license plate. The registered owner of the vehicle had a warrant.
Officer stopped vehicle and confirmed that the driver was the registered owner. Officer arrested driver and
confirmed warrant. Driver transported to Dakota County Jail.
THEFT — 21XX LEXINGTON AVE 03/10/20, 1318 HOURS
Reporting party came to the PD lobby to report a thefl of a vase from the cemetery sometime in the last six
months. Value of the vase was reported to be about $900. No suspects.
DWI — HWY 62/DELAWARE AVE 03/12/20, 0151 HOURS
Officer conducted a traffic stop on Highway 62 at Delaware Avenue and while speaking with the driver, the
officer observed signs of impairment. Officer conducted a field sobriety test where it was determined the
driver was over the legal limit to be driving. The driver was booked into the Dakota County for 2nd Degree
DWI and the vehicle was forfeited.
