ORDINANCE NO. 543
AMENDING TITLE 3, CHAPTER 1, OF THE MENDOTA HEIGHTS CITY CODE
REGARDING ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES
It has been established by the City Council of the City of Mendota Heights that any on -sale
liquor establishment in the City must be classified as a restaurant. The City Council also desires
to delete the distance restrictions between any liquor establishment and religious establishments,
and also the distance restrictions between liquor establishments and schools.
The City Council of the City of Mendota Heights, Minnesota, does hereby ordain:
Section 1.
Title 3, Chapter 1 — Alcoholic Beverages is amended as follows:
3-1-12: PLACES INELIGIBLE FOR LICENSE:
Section 2.
This ordinance shall be in effect from and after the date of its passage and publication.
Adopted and ordained into an ordinance this 16th day of October, 2019.
