RESOLUTION 2019-63
RESOLUTION FORMALLY ACKNOWLEDGING THE RECEIPT OF A
DONATION TO THE CITY FROM SALVO SOCCER CLUB
WHEREAS, the City of Mendota Heights desires to follow Minnesota Statute
465.03 "Gifts to municipalities"; and
WHEREAS, the Minnesota State Statute requires that gifts to municipalities be
formally accepted by resolution; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Mendota Heights has duly
considered this matter and wishes to acknowledge the civic mindedness of citizens and
officially recognize them for their donations.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED that the City Council of
the City of Mendota Heights accepts a donation from Salvo Soccer Club of one set of 21
foot soccer goals.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Mendota Heights this 3' day of September,
2019.
