Case #80-22, Kloos -- Recommend motion approving 11.5 foot rear yard setback variance subject to Mn/DOT service road entrance permit approval. b. Case #80-23, Koch -- Recommend motion approving 61-2 foot rear yard set back variance for pool construction subject to submission and approval of a drainage plan. C.
