representation for Mendota Heights at these meetings stating it is important that the City
be represented to address concerns and issues. He said he contacted Scott Beaty for each
of these meetings to ask if Mendota Heights would be represented noting each time the answer was usually no. He stated that at the last meeting Mendota Heights was represented by three residents. He referenced a newly created fund of $18 million that is being set aside and asked if this area is within the 60 decibel reading and included in the expansion of the Noise Abatement Program. He stated their homes are in the immediate area noting the number of planes flying over the homes at all hours of the day and evening. He stated that at the November 11th meeting they presented a request for a sound meter
placement in their specific area to analyze the noise levels from the airport.
