AUGUST 04, 2017
The 2017 Night to Unite in the Mendota Heights area was a
resounding success! Mendota Heights Police and Fire, along
with HealthEast ambulance and city council members,
attended nearly 30 parties! That is so
amazing, don’t you think? We all
enjoyed seeing and meeting so many
who came together as neighbors and
friends to nosh and chat while enjoying
some amazing potluck dishes and
treats. Thank you to those who took the
time to coordinate their block parties—
we think you rock!
If you took pictures at your party that we can share or keep,
please email them to pdrecords@mendota heights.com.
Last weekend was a rough one for this city and for
public safety; we realize it impacted each one of you in
some way. Our hearts and prayers go out to the
victims and their loved ones. Please know we are
thinking of you. We are also grateful to the community
for the care & concern you have expressed for each
other and for us. A special shout out of gratitude goes
to our LE Partners, MHFD, local ambulance crews and
all who responded to help.
