Res 67 - 65 Authorizing Mayor to Execute Application & Any Related Papers or Documents Relative to a Federal Grant for the Village's Sanitary Sewer SystemVillage of Mendota Heights Dakota County, Minnesota RESOLUTION NO. 6,5 - RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING MAYOR TO EXECUTE APPLICATION AND ANY RELATED PAPERS OR'DOCU- MENTS RELATIVE TO A FEDERAL GRANT FOR THE VILLAGE'S SANITARY SEWER SYSTEM WHEREAS, an application has been made by the Village of Mendota Heights to the Minnesota Water Pollution Control.Commission for a priority rating with respect to applications'to be received for a federal grant under the Federal Water Pollution Control Act providing for financial assistance with respect to the construction costs to be incurred by the Village in the construction of the Village Sanitary Sewer Improvement Project (which project is known as Improvement No. 4, Project No. 7), and WHEREAS, a final priority rating for said application has been given to the Village by the Minnesota Water Pollution Control Commission of the Minnesota Department of Health and said application has been assigned the following number by said Commission, to -wit: Minnesota Project No. PL660-66-466, and WHEREAS, in order to apply for said federal grant offered by the Federal Water Pollution Control Administration, it is necessary that the Village adopt a resolution authorizing the Mayor or some other Village official to sign and execute said application and any other documents with respect thereto on behalf of the Village. NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Mendota Heights, Minnesota, to -wit: 1) That Donald L. Huber as Mayor of the Village of Mendota Heights is hereby authorized and directed on behalf of the Village of Mendota Heights to sign and execute the application for said federal grant offered by the Federal Water Pollution Control Administration as well as any other papers or documents necessary or required in connection with said federal grant.
