Res 66 - 21 Approving Variance from Established Lot Lines14-/q_&G Village of Mendota Heights Dakota County, Minnesota RESOLUTION NO. al RESOLUTION APPROVING VARIANCE FROM ESTABLISHED LOT LINES WHEREAS, Loretta C. McEllistrem has applied for a variance from the established lot lines of Lots One (1) through Six (6) in Block One (1) of Guadalupe Heights so as to establish four (4) buildable lots thereon in accordance with the plan thereof on file with the Village Clerk; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF MENDOTA HEIGHTS, MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) Said application for a variance from the established lot lines of said Lots One (1) through Six (6) of Block One (1), Guadalupe Heights to permit four (4) buildable lots thereon in ac- cordance with the plan thereof on file with the Village Clerk is hereby approved subject to the granting to the Village of a drainage and storm sewer easement to be situated within ten (10) feet of the lot line between the second and third of said lots as said lines have been varied here- under (from Chippewa Avenue) and along the northerly twenty (20) feet of said second lot.
