Res 68 - 135 Providing for Sanitary Sewer Rental Charges for Certain Multiple Dwelling & Other Miscellaneous Properties'Village of Mendota Heights V Dakota County, Minnesota ` RESOLUTION>NO. 135 RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR SANITARY SEWER RENTAL CHARGES FOR CERTAIN MULTIPLE DWELLING AND OTHER MISCELLANEOUS PROPERTIES •f F WHEREAS, under the provisions of Ordinance No. 33, adopted August 9, 1962, the Village agreed to pay to the City of Saint Paul such sewer rental charges from multiple resident dwellings and properties other than single family residences as the City of Saint Paul determined to be fair and reasonable, and WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul has determined the sewer rental charges to be paid for the following described properties effective as of January 1, 1967, and WHEREAS, in addition to said sewer rental charges there is to be paid to the Village certain charges for Saint Paul and the Village's mainten- ance of the Village sanitary sewer system, and _ WHEREAS, the Village Engineer has computed the total of said charges for the properties hereinafter described. NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Mendota Heights, Minnesota, as follows: 1) That effective as of January 1, 1967, the total annual sanitary sewer rental and maintenance charges to be paid by the following properties shall be as follows: 603-609 Maple Park Drive (Four Apartments) Saint Paul Maintenance $12.40 Saint Paul Rental 16.52 Village Maintenance 10.08 Total Annual Sewer Rental and Maintenance Charge per Apartment $39.00 577-587 Maple Park Drive (Six Apartments) Saint Paul Maintenance $11.87 Saint Paul Rental 16.52 Village Maintenance 10.01 Total Annual Sewer Rental and Maintenance Charge per Apartment $38.40 1159-1165 Ivy Hills Drive (Four Apartments) Saint Paul Maintenance $13.40 Saint Paul Rental 16.52 Village Maintenance 10.08 Total Annual Sewer Rental and Maintenance Charge per Apartment $40.00 2) That commencing as of January 1, 1968, said annual sewer rental and maintenance charges shall be paid in successive quarterly installments.
