RESOLUTION NO. 140
RESOLUTION CORRECTING MINUTES OF VILLAGE
COUNCIL MEETING OF MARCH 5, 1968

WHEREAS, the Village Council of the Village of Mendota Heights at our
regular Village Council meeting held on March 5, 1968, adopted a
resolution under and pursuant to Ordinance No. 40 of the Village
designating a period as hazardous for outdoor fires within the Village
limits, and
WHEREAS, the minutes of said meeting failed to reflect that the Council
took the aforesaid action.
NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village
of Mendota Heights, Minnesota, that the minutes of the regular meeting
of the Council held on March 5, 1968, be and the same are hereby corrected
by adding thereto the following resolution which was introduced by Mayor
Huber and seconded by Clerk Calkins and unanimously passed by the Council:
RESOLVED that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 40,
the Village Council of the Village of Mendota Heights, Dakota
County, Minnesota, does hereby declare the period from March
5, 1968, through May 31, 1968 to be hazardous and hereby orders
that the starting, handling, and maintaining of fires be limited
and restricted in accordance with the provisions of such Ordinance.
