RESOLUTION NO. 320
RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICA-
TIONS AND ORDERING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
FOR 1970 STREET AND OILING AND SEAL COATING
WHEREAS, the Village Engineer has prepared plans and specifications
for proposed 1970 street oiling and seal coating improvements for
streets in the Village and has presented said plans and specifica-
tions to the Village Council for approval, and
WHEREAS, the Village Engineer has reported to the Village Council
that the proposed improvements and construction thereof are feasible
and desirable and further reported on the proposed costs of said
improvements..
NOW THEREFORE, it is hereby resolved by the Village Council of the
Village of Mendota Heights, Minnesota as follows:
1) That the plans and specifications for the Village wide
19701street oiling and seal coating improvements be and
the same are hereby in all respects approved.
2) That the Village Clerk with the aid and assistance of
the Village Engineer be and is hereby authorized and
directed to advertise for bids for said improvements all
in accordance with the applicable Minnesota Statutes, such
bid"s. to be received at the Village Hall of the Village of
Mendota Heights by 2:00 p.m. on April 16, 1970 at which
time they will be publicly opened in the Village Council
Chambers of the Village Hall by at least one of the members
of the Village Council and the Village Engineer, will then
be tabulated and will then be considered by the Village
Council at its next regular meeting.

this 17th day of March, 1970.
