RESOLUTION NO. 410
RESOLUTION REQUESTING INCREASE IN THE
ANNUAL SALARY OF THE MUNICIPAL COURT JUDGE
WHEREAS, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes §488.23, the annual salary
of the Judge of the Municipal Court of the Village of Mendota
Heights is in the amount of $600.00 per annum, and
WHEREAS, the Village Council of the Village of Mendota Heights is
of the opinion that the volume of work and responsibility of the
Judge of the Village's Municipal Court warrants an annual salary
in excess of $600.00 per annum.
NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Village Council of the
Village of Mendota Heights, Minnesota, as follows:
1) That the Legislature of the State of Minnesota
should be promptly notified that it is the opinion
of the Village Council of the Village of Mendota
Heights that the annual salary of the Judge of
the Municipal Court of the Village of Mendota Heights
should be increased from $600.00 per annum to the
sum of $1,200.00 per annum.
2) That the Village Attorney be and is hereby authorized
and directed to forward the foregoing recommendation of
the Village Council to the Minnesota Legislature.

this 6th day of April, 1971.
