RESOLUTION SETTING SEWER RENTAL CHARGES FOR
MULTIPLE DWELLINGS, COMMERCIAL AND INDUSTRIAL
USERS, AND FOR ANY OTHER USER WITH A WATER METER
SIZE IN EXCESS OF ONE AND ONE-HALF INCHES
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 43 provides that the sewer rental charges
for the use of the Village municipal sewer system by any single
family residence, school, church or public building with an installed
or required water meter size in excess of one and one-half inches
or by any multiple dwelling, commercial or industrial user shall
be determined from time to time by resolution of the Village Council.
NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Village Council of
the Village of Mendota Heights, Minnesota, as follows:
The annual rental charges for the use of the Village
municipal sewer system by any multiple dwelling,
commercial or industrial user or by any single family
residence, school, church or public building with an
installed or required water meter size in excess of
one and one-half inches shall be as follows:

The foregoing annual sewer rental charges shall be
effective as of January 1, 1971, or upon the original
hookup to the Village municipal sanitary sewer system
whichever last occurs. Said sewer rental charges
shall be payable in equal quarterly installments for
each of the quarterly periods ending December 31,
March 31, June 30, and September 30 of each year.
in the case of a connection to the municipal sewer
system occurring during a quarter, the quarterly
charge shall be prorated from the date of such
connection. Payment of such",rental charges for each
quarter shall be made to the'Village by the 22nd
day of the month immediately ifollowing the last
month of the quarter.
