Res 72 - 477 Appointment of Official County Surveyor (1/3/1972)RESOLUTION NO. 477 WHEREAS, Dakota County has appointed an official County Surveyor effective January 3, 1972; and WHEREAS,f said County Surveyor has instituted several programs and services for Dakota County; and "WHEREAS, one of these programs is a plat checking program for all record plats and registered land surveys in Dakota County, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the County Surveyor is hereby authorized to review all plats and registered land surveys within the Village of Mendota Heights,,at no cost to the village, to determine their accuracy and compliance with Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 505, prior to f inal acceptance of the plat by the Village of Mendota Heights.
