RESOLUTION PROPOSING TWO ADDITIONAL
JOINT STREET LIGHTS
WHEREAS, the municipalities of West Saint Paul
and mendota Heights have been sharing street lighting
costs on Delaware Avenue over the y.,e'a,rs; and
,.
WHEREAS, marie Avenue and a frontage road on
TH 110 have been constructed recently; and
WHEREAS, the City of West Saint Paul has been
contracting with Northern States Power Company for
said l:ighting, billing mendota Heights for one—half
the charges,
NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLUED by the Uillage
Council of the Uillage of inendota Heights that the
City of West Saint Paul is hereby requested to contract
for two additional lights, namely Delaware Avenue at
marie Avenue and Delaware Avenue at the TH 110 frontage
road, billing mendota Heights under past practices.
