RESOLUTION NO. 505
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ACQUISITION OF
FISCHER PROPERTY
WHEREAS, in connection with the construction by the Village of water,
sanitary and stflrm sewer and street, curb and gutter improvements
to serve part of the Pagel Road area, it is necessary that the Village
acquire the following described property situated in the Village of
Mendota Heights, in Dakota County, Minnesota, to-wit:
The Westerly 33 feet of the following described parcel, to-wit:
All that part of the NW 1/4 of Section 36, Township 28 North, Range
23 West, Dakota County, Minnesota, described as follows: Commencing
at the Southwest (SW) corner of Northwest quarter (NW 1/4) of Section
36, Township 28 North, Range 23 West, Dakota County, Minnesota, thence
North along the west line of said Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4) a distance
of 30 feet to the point of beginning of this description; thence
continuing North along said west line of Northwest quarter (NW 1/4)
a distance of 175 feet, thence East at a right angle a distance of
248.92 feet, thence South at a right angle a distance of 175 feet,
thence West at a right angle a distance of 248.92 feet to the point of
beginning.
and
WHEREAS, the owners of said property are Robert P. Fischer, Jr. and
Suzanne E. Fischer, husband and wife, and
WHEREAS, the Village Attorney has reported to the Village Council that
the owners of said property have agreed to convey said property to the
Vil.lage in consideration for a total payment to them of $700.00, and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the Village to acquire said
property for said consideration.
NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Village Council of the
Village of Mendota Heights, Minnesota, as follows:
1) That the Village pay to Robert P. Fischer, Jr. and
Suzanne E. Fischer, husband and wife, as owners of the
above described property the total sum of $700.00 as
full payment and consideration for the acquisition by
the Village of the above described parcel.

2) That the Village Attorney be and is hereby authorized
and directed ta take all step� necessary to consummate the
acquisition of said property.
