The following members were present: Huber, Lockwood, Gutzmer, Wahl. and the following were absent: B1 ai r Member Huber its adoption: RESOLUTION IVO. 526 RESOLUTION AUTHORTZING THE ISSUANCE OF $ 3�+0,000 TII�ORARY IMPROVEMF�TT BONDS of 1972 introduced the following resolution and moved BE IT RF50LVID by the Village Council of the Village of Mendota Heights, Minnesota as follows; 1. It is hereby found, detertnined and declared tha,t it is necessary and expedient that the Village issue its negotiable coupon �eneral obligation bonds in the amount of $ 340,000 to provide iunds to dePray the costs of the construction of the following improvements; 72 - 2 Pagel Road 72 - 3 South Plaza Drive 72 - 5 Roger Iake East Total $ 82,000 54,000 204,000 $340,000 2. Contracts have heretofore been let on a11 or a part of the aPoresaid improvements and no bonds or other obligatione ha,ve heretofore been issued to defray costs of said improveu►ents. 3. This Council shall meet at the time and place specified in form oi the notice included in paragraph �+ hereof for the purpose of opening and considering sealed bids for and awarding the sale oi $ 340,000 Temporary Improvement Bonds of 1972. 4. The Village Clerk is hereby author3:zed and directed to cause not less than 10 days published notice of the time, place and purpose of said meeting to be published in the official newspaper and in Comtpercial West in the manner provided by law, which notice shall be in substantially the follow3.ng form: 1 � r i} � r "'� r� 5. Each and all of the terms and provisions of the foregoing notice of bond sale are hereby adopted as the terms and conditions of%said bonds, and the sale thereof. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member W a 1 t e r G u t z m e r and upon the saame being put to the meeting the following voted in favor thereof: Huber, Lockwood, Gutzmer, Blair. and the following voted against the same: N o n e Whereupon said resolution was declaXed�duly passed and adopted.
