" ° services; and � . � � WHEREAS, mSA 340.353, subd. 5 does not authorize � the issuance-of "on=sale" liquor licenses to private .• persons when the municipality operates a municipal �.. � -� - �_ "off—sale" store; and � . • ". • . ' - WHEREAS, it is anticipated that private development ,.� . ., -in certain areas�of the Villag"e will request private • - "on—sale" licenses in conjunction with other.commercial .,., � ' � : ' enterprises; and , ' . . � : - - - - : ._ �.
