RESOLUTION NO. 73-57
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING INLAND CONSTRUCTION
CORP. TO CONNECT TO THE VILLAGE MUNICIPAL
WATER SYSTEM
WHEREAS, the Village has this day approved settlement of that certain
lawsuit heretofore commenced by the Village against the Village of
Lilydale involving, among other parcels, two parcels of land abutting
on Lexington Avenue, and �
WHEREAS, as a part of said settlement, said two parcel.s of land shall
hereafter be deemed to be within the corporate boundaries of the
Village of Lilydale, and
WHEREAS, said two parcels of land are owned by Lexington Heights
Investment Co. and are being sold under contract to Inland
Construction Corp., a Minnesota corporation, and
WHEREAS, Inland Construction Corp. intends to construct a 49 unit
condomsnium structure on each of said two parcels of land, and
WHEREAS, Inland Construction Corp. has requested that it be allowed
to connect to the Village municipal water system at the regular or
prevailing rate charged properties located outside the Village of
Mendota Heights for connecting to the Village's municipal water
system.
NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Village Council of the
Village of Mendota Heights, Minnesota, as follows:
1) That the Village shall permit Inland Construction
Corp. to connect said two parcel.s of land to the Village's
municipal water system at a connection charge determined
on a basis comparable to that charged for other properties
located outside the Village's boundaries and otherwise
upon such terms and conditions as may be determined by the
Village Council.
2) That the Village Engineer be and is hereby authorized
and directed to investigate in detail the request of said
Inland Construction Corp. to connect to the Village's
municipal water system and to submit his recommendations
therefor to the Village Council.

this 17th day of July, 1973.
