RESOLUTTON CALLTNG FOR HEARING ON PROPOSED
REMOVAL 4F UNSOUND AND �ISEASED TREES
WHEREAS, the Village Administrator has received in�ormation to the
effect that certain of the trees situated on the property hereinafter
described are infected with Dutah Elm disease, and

WHEREAS, the property in questian is the follawing described property
situated in the Village af Mendota Heights in Dakota County, Minnesota,
ta-wit:
AlI properties bounded on the North by State Trunk
Highway No. 13, on the West by Wachtler Avenue, on
the South by Emerson Avenue and Emersori Avenue if
said Emerson Avenue were extended in a straight line
to Wachtler Avenue, and on the East by the East line
of the West Sj2 of Section 13, Tawnship 28 North,
Range 23 West.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 61 sets forth a procedure to be used by the
Village in removinq unsound and diseased trees and for assessing the
cost thereof against benefited properties.
NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Village Council of the
Village of Mendota Heights, Minnesota, as follows:
1) That the Council hereby determines that any and all
trees situated upon the above described property which
are infected with Dutch Elm disease should be remaved«
2) That a hearing an said proposed removal of such trees
be held on Tuesday, September 4, 1973, at 8:Op P,M. in the
Village Hall.
3} That the �iliage Clerk be and is hereby authorized
and directed to publish no�ice of said hearing a11 in
accordance with the provisions of said Ordinance No. 61.
