RESOLUTION ACCEPTING �NGINEER'S REPORT AND ,
CALLING FOR HEARING ON PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION
OF A WATER DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM, SANITARY AND
� STORM SEWER SYSTEMS, AND OF STREET, CURB AND
GUTTER IMPROVEMENTS TO SERVE PART OF THE
,t INLAND INDUSTRIAL PARK
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has submitted his report to the City
Council with respect to the proposed construction of the following
improvements: � �
The construction of a sanitary sewer system, including appurte-
nances and incidentals thereto, and the acquisition of easements,
and the reconstruction where necessary of streets in the area
hereinafter more particularly described.
The construction of a storm sewer system including appurtenances
and incidentals thereto and the acquisition of easements, in
and for the area hereinafter more particularly described.
The construction of an extension to the Village water distribu-
tion system including appurtenances and incidentals thereto,
and the acquisition of easements, and the reconstruction where
necessary of streets in the area hereinafter more particularly
described.
The construction of street improvements consisting of the grading,
stabilization, drainage and bituminous surfacing, and the con-
struction of concrete curbs and gutters on the streets to be
situated in the area hereinafter more particularly described,
and �
WHEREAS, the area proposed to be assessed for said improvements is
situated within the City of Mendota Heights in Dakota County,
Minnesota, and is more particularly described as follows:
That part ot Government Lots 1 and 2 in Section 33,
Township 28, Range 23 lying West of the East 660 feet
thereof, lying Southerly of Mendota Heights Road and
'� lying Easterly of the right of way of future State
Trunk Highway No. 13.
WHEREAS, in said report said City Engineer reported that the
proposed improvements and construction•thereof were feasible and
desirable and further reported on the proposed costs of said
improvements.

NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY
RESOLVED, that the report of said City Engineer be and is
hereby received, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a public hearing on said improve-
ments be held on Tuesday, March 19, 1974, at 8:00 o'clock P.M.
at the City Hall in the City of Mendota Heights, and
� BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk, with the aid
and assistance of the City Attorney, be and is hereby
authorized and directed to prepare a notice of said hearing
and to cause said notice to be published and mailed to the
owners of the property situated within said area, all in
accordance with the applicable Minnesota Statutes.
