Res 74 - 23 Ordering Advertisement for Bids for MH Industrial Park ImprovementsCITY OF MENDOTA HEIGHTS Dakota County, Minnesota RESOLUTION N0. 74-23 RESOLUTION ORDERING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIAS FOR MENDOTA HEIGHTS INDUSTRIAL PARK IMPROVEMENTS (IMPROVEMENT NO. 73, PROJECT N0. 3) ,� �- WHEREAS, the City Engineer submitted final plans and specifications to the City Council with respect to the proposed construction of the following described improvements: The construction on Mendota Heights Road from State Trunk Highway No. 13 to State Trunk Highway No. 55 of street improvements consisting of the gradi:ng, stabilization, drainage and bituminous surfacing, and the construction of concrete curbs and gutters on such street. The construction of Transport Drive in the Mendota Heights Industrial Park from Mendota Heights Road to Pilot Knob Road (S.A.R. No. 31) of: An extension to the City sanitary sewer system, including appurtenances and incidentals thereto, and the acquisition of easements; A storm sewer system including appurtenances and incidentals thereto and the acquisition of easements; Street improvements consisting of the grading, stabilization, drainage and bituminous surfacing, and the construction of concrete curbs and gutters on such street, for approval on January 15, 1974; NOW THEREFORE IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the Ci.ty of Mendota Heights that the City Clerk with the aid and assistance of the City Engineer be and is hereby authorized and directed to advertise for bids for said improvements all in accordance with the applicable Minnesota Statutes, such bids to be received at the City Hall of the City of Mendota Heights by 2:00 o'clock P.M., Tuesday, March 26, 1974, at which time they will be publicly opened in the City Council Chambers a � Resolution No. 74-23 <-=" " of the City Hall by at least one of the members of the City Council and the City Engineer, will then be tabulated and will be considered by the City Council at its next regular meeting� Adopted by the City Council of the City of Mendota Heights this Nineteenth day of February, 1974.
