RESOLUTION NO. 75-38
RESOLUTION TO TRANSFER DIRECT STATE
AID FOR ROAD PROJECTS TO THE RELATED
IMPROVEMEIQT FUNDS
WHEREAS, during 1974 the City received direct state aid for
road projects; and
WHEREAS, the funds received were accounted for in the State
Aid Road Projects Fund; and
WHEREAS, it is proper and fitting that the aid payments be
transferred to the Improvement Funds which financed the road projects
for which tne aid was received; � •
NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Mendota Heights, Dakota County, Minnesota, as follows:
1) That effective December 31, 1974, the amount of
$119,769.71 be transferred from the State Aid Road
Projects Fund to the Mendota Heights Road and
Transport Drive, Marie Avenue East, Inland Industrial
Park and 1974 Street Surfacing Sanitary Sewer, Storm
Sewer, Water and Street Improvement Fund in order to
properly relate direct state aid received in conjunction
with the construction of the Marie Avenue East Improvement
Proj ect; and
2) That effective December 31, 1974, the amount of
$82,563.64 be transferred from the State Aid Road
Projects Fund to the Orchard, Hunter and Culligan Areas,
Marie Avenue Central, Lexington Highland East and West
and Bachelor Avenue Area Sanitary Sewer, Storm 5ewer, Water
and Street Improvement Fund in order to properly relate
direct state aid received in conjunction with the construc-
tion of the Marie Avenue Central Improvement Project.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Mendota Heights this 6th
day of May, 1975. . ,
