F :�,`n 7 City of Mendota Heights Dakota County, Minnesota RESOLUTION NO. 75-81 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BIDS AND AWARDING CONTRACT FOR CHERRY HILL SECOND ADDITION IMPROVEMENTS (IMPROVEMENT 75, PROJECT 2) WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the proposed construction of sanitary sewers, water mains, storm sewers and street improvements to serve the Cherry Hill Second Addition and adjacent areas,(which improvements have heretofore been designated as Improvement No. 75, Project No. 2), bids were received, opened and tabulated according to law and the following bids were received complying with said advertisement: NAME OF BIDDER Robert W. Moore Co. of St. Paul, Minnesota, be accepted. NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Mendota Heights, Minnesota, as follows: 1) That the bid of Robert W.
