Res 76 - 41 Ordering Preparation of Assessment Rolls for Marie Ave Improvements, Dodd Rd to Victoria Ave, Bachelor Ave Improvements, Orchard/Hunter Ln Improvements & Culllen Ave ImprovementsCity of Mendota Heights Dakota County, Minnesota RESOLUTION NO. 76-41 RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF ASSESSMENT ROLL5 FOR MARIE AVENUE IMPROVEMENTS, DODD ROAD TO VICTORIA AVEiVUE (IMPROVEMENT NO. 73, PROJECT NO. 2), BACHELOR AVENUE IMPROVEMENTS (IMPROVEMENT NO. 74, PROJECT N0. 7), ORCHARD/ HUNTER LANE IMPROVEMENTS (IMPROVEMENT NO. 74, PROJECT NO. 2) AND CULLEN AVENUE IMPROVEMENTS (IMPROVEMENT NO. 75, PROJECT NO. 5) WHEREAS, contracts have heretofore been let for the construction of the following described improvements: The proposed construction of sanitary sewer, storm sewer, water, and street improvements on Marie Avenue between Dodd Road and Victoria Avenue (which improvements have heretofore been known and designated as Improvement No. 73, Project No. 2). . The construction of sanitary sewer extensions, water main extensions, storm sewers and street construction for a portion of Bachelor Avenue and Lansford Lane (which improvements have heretofore been known and designated as Improvement No. 74, Project No. 7). The construction of sanitary sewer and street improvements to serve the Orchard Place, Hunter Lane and Culligan Lane area (which improvements have heretofore been known and designated as Improvement No. 74, Project,No. 2). The construction of street improvements consisting of the grading, stabilization, drainage and bituminous surfacing of the extension of Cullen Avenue from Theresa Street to Lexington Avenue (which improvements have heretofore been known and designated as Improvement No. 75, Project No. 5). and WHEREAS, the construction of said improvements has been substantially completed. NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Mendota Heights as follows: . .. �, � = �. 1) That the total cost of the above-described improve- ments shall be assessed against all properties benefited by said improvements. 2) That the City Clerk with the aid and assistance of the City Engineer be and is hereby authorized and directed to prepare the separate assessment rolls for the above- described improvements showing the proper amount to be assessed against each of the lots, pieces or parcels of land benefited by said improvements.
