the corporate limits of the City of M�ndora Heights , be and hereby are ap�roved.
3E IT FURTHER RESOLUEt� that the City of Mendota ReighCe does hereby agree to
require the parking of all vehicles, if such parking is permitted within the
corporate limits of said City, on said Trunk f-fighway R!o. 390 , renumbered Trunk
Nighway "��o. 35E , will be parallel utith the curb adjacent to the highuiay, and at
leasi 2� feet from any crosswalks on all public streets intersecting said trunk
highway.

special provisions are hereby approved and consent is hereby given to any an:1 all
changes in grac�e occasioned by the construction of. Trunk Highway f�!o. 390 ,
