WI�REAS, Mr. Lawrence Goff has submitted an application for Wetlands Permit preparatory to constructing a residence on said prope rty; and - WHEREAS, on March 22, 1977, the Mendota Heights Planning Commi.ssion � - considered said Wetlands Permi.t application and recommended its approval subject to conditions.outlined by the City Planner; ' NOW THEREFORE IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council o£ the City bf Mendota Heights that the public hearing for said permit application, as �� � required by the Wetlands Ordinance, be waived; and . BE IT FURTI�R RESOLVED, that a Wetlands Permit be approved for Lot 4, Willow Springs Addition, subject to submission to and approval of the � following information by the City Administrator: �� • a.
