RESOLUTION CALLING FOR PUBLIC HEARING
ON IMPROVEMENTS TO SERVE FRIENDLY HILLS
REARRANGEMENT REPLAT AND ADJACENT AREAS
(IMPROVEMENT NO. 77, PROJECT NO. 10)
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has submitted his report to the City
Council with respect to the proposed construction of the following
improvements to serve Friendly Hills Rearrangement Replat and adja-
cent areas, to -wit:
The construction of an extension to the City's sanitary sewer
system, including appurtenances and incidentals thereto, and
the acquisition of easements, and the reconstruction where
necessary of streets in the area hereinafter more particularly
described.
The construction of a storm sewer system including appurtenances
and incidentals thereto and the acquisition of easements, in
and for the area hereinafter more particularly described.
The construction of an extension to the City's water distribu-
tion system including appurtenances and incidentals thereto,
and the acquisition of easements, and the reconstruction where
necessary of streets in the area hereinafter more particularly
described.
The construction of street improvements consisting of the acqui-
sition of easements and the grading, stabilization, drainage
and bituminous surfacing, and the construction of concrete
curbs and gutters on the streets to be situated in the area
hereinafter more particularly described.
WHEREAS, the area proposed to be assessed for said improvements
is situated within the City of Mendota Heights in Dakota County,
Minnesota, and is more particularly described as follows:

boundary:
Commencing at the intersection of State Trunk Highway
No. 110 and Delaware Avenue, thence westerly approxi-
mately 1,320 feet to the East 1/16th line of Section;25,
Township 28 North, Range 23 West, thence southerly
approximately 1,320 feet along the easterly 1/16th
