RESOLUTION APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE
t' PERMIT FOR AMCON CORPORATION '
WHEREAS, AmCon Corporation has submitted an application for conditional
t� use permit to construct an -air freight terminal for the Circle Air -Freight -
Company'on a part,of lot 2,, block 1, Inland Industrial Park; and
WHEREAS,^,the Planning Commission, at a public hearing, held on August
22, asked for any obj'ections to the proposed permit and received no objection;,. -
and `
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission recommended approval of the Circle Air
Permit based on building plans submitted at'said hearing; and
WHEREAS, no adverse public comments were stated by adjacent property
owners at the public council hearing held on this date; '
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the'City Council of'the City of Mendota
Heights determines that the proposed health, "safety or general welfare of the
community, nor will it cause serious traffic conge:stion nor hazards nor ser-
'-iously depreciate surrounding property value; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said permit be'approvei conditioned upon ad- ,
herence to the plan reviewed by the Planning Commission on•August 22 and by the
City Council on this date.
