RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BIDS AND AWARDING
CONTRACT FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO SERVE DELAWARE
, CROSSING AND ADJACENT AREAS

WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the proposed con-
struction of water, storm and sanitary sewer, and bituminous streets
and concrete curb and gutter improvements to serve Delaware Crossing
and adjacent areas (which improvements have heretofore been known
and designated as Improvement No. 77, Project No. 10), bids were
received, opened and tabulated according to law and the following -
bids were received complying with said advertisement:

by Orfei and Sons, Inc. of Saint Paul, Minnesota, be accepted.

NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by.the City Counc�.l o� the
City of Mendota Heights, Minne.sota, as follows: �
1) That the bid of Orfei & Sons, Inc. of Saint Paul,
Minnesota, submitted for the construction of the above-
described improvements be and the same is hereby accepted.
2) That.the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and
directed to execute and deliver any and all contracts and
documents necessary to consummate the awarding of said bids.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Mendota Heights this 13th
day of March, 1979.
