RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BIDS AND AWARDING
CONTRACT FOR CONVERSION OF THE FRIENDLY
HILLS WATER SYSTEM (IMPROVEMENT NO. 781
PROJECT NO. 4)
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the proposed
conversion of the Friendly Hills Water System (which improvements
have heretofore been known and designated as Improvement No. 78,
Project No. 4), bids were received, opened and tabulated and
according to law and the following bids were received complying
with said advertisement:

WHEREAS, the City Engineer recommended that the low bid submitted
by William Murr Plumbing of South St. Paul, Minnesota, be accepted.
NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Mendota Heights, Minnesota, as follows:
1) That the bid of William Murr Plumbing of South St. Paul,
Minnesota, submitted for the construction of the above-
described improvements be and the same is hereby accepted.
2) That the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and
directed to execute and deliver any and .all contracts
and documents necessary to consummate the awarding of
said bids.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Mendota Heights this 17th
day of February, 1981.
