NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Mendota Heights, Minnesota, as follows: 1) That the bid of William Murr Plumbing of South St. Paul, Minnesota, submitted for the construction of the above- described improvements be and the same is hereby accepted. 2) That the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute and deliver any and .all contracts and documents necessary to consummate the awarding of said bids.
